Just returned from another excellent routine cleaning with Dr. Stauber! As always, Dr. Stauber and his entire staff were exceptionally personable and professional, as is already stated in previous reviews! Dr. Stauber is a compassionate practitioner, which makes him an appropriate provider for all ages. He also always makes time to see me for emergency appointments and gives me the proper attention, care, and medical explanation I need to better understand the aliment that I have sought help for. In addition, Dr. Stauber has a great list of referrals for dental work that needs to be done outside his office; everyone he has recommended has also been fantastic! I have had appointments with several of the dental hygienists that work in Dr. Staubers office and they are all fantastic as well! They are all thorough with their cleanings, but gentle at the same time, which makes all the difference! The office is pristine and it is very easy to make an appointment with his receptionist at the number listed above. Everyone always has a smile on, no matter how early my appointment may be, and that is what I love most about being a patient of Dr. Staubers! I highly recommend Dr. Stauber and his team!

Our family have been patients of Dr Stauber since moving to the area 20 years ago. His practice exemplifies the level of service and patient care that has too often been lost in this era of health plans and medical groups. Dr. Stauber takes a genuine interest in his patients, tracking health concerns and recommending preventative care with the patients needs, expectations and reservations in mind. Over the years regular check-ups have had minimized cavities. When filings or crowns were required the work was done with minimal pain or invasiveness. More impressive is that for 20 years Dr. Stauber has followed each procedure with a personal phone call that evening to check on my condition. He has answered his home phone on the weekends when an infection had me concerned and taken care of emergency caps when a tooth had broken. He has always been accessible and accommodating. As if this wasn’t enough his waiting room is never crowded because patients are never kept waiting. He has a support team of dental hygienists and office staff that are top notch, professional and caring. I give Dr. Stauber and his team my highest recommendation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Staubers for close to ten years. During that time I have required a lot of dental work. In addition I have had issues with anxiety causing a feeling of claustrophobia when sitting in the dentists chair. Dr. Stauber has been tremendously understanding of my anxiety and is a wonderful practitioner. His staff, both the dental assistants and the office workers, are considerate, upbeat and courteous. I enjoy the staffs cheeriness and knowledge of who I am as a patient and what dental problems I need corrected. I have my teeth cleaned three times a year and the work is very well done. Dr. Stauber has been available for emergency calls on weekends and after office closing hours.His office is spotless. Even Dr. Staubers banter is interesting.

25 years ago I was terrifed to go to a dentist and I stumbled upon Dr. Richard Stauber, he catered to cowards like me. It has been a wonderful dentist -patient relationship for me. Dr. Stauber is exceptionally talented and caring. His work has always been superior! (My oldest daugher moved to Florida and still cries there is no Dr. Stauber there!) His office is cutting edge and provides for every comfort for patients including TVs on the ceiling to watch during treatments to ease boredom or anxienty.His staff is A+, professional, attentive with a sense of humor! I wish there was more than 5 stars to rate this office. Dr. Stauber is exceptional. I hope he never retires. ;)

Dr. Stauber and his relatively large office team are THE BEST. Over the past 55 years, Ive gone to many dental offices. In every single regard, this office is THE BEST. First, Dr. Stauber is a kind, caring, thoughtful super professional dentist in every procedure that he has done on me and on my wife. Second, the office exudes great teamwork in all regards. Third, the office seems to always run like clockwork. Dr. Stauber and his staff meticulously manage time so Ive never had to wait, barely even five minutes. Happily, his office is pretty near my home in Somers, so check all the boxes - his office is THE place to go for dental work.

For 25 years, Dr. Stauber has been my dentist. He and his staff exhibit the highest level of professionalism and patient care. He stays updated on the latest dental procedures and applies them to his patients. Dr. Stauber and his staff strive to make even the most nervous patient feel comfortable and at ease. He truly caters to cowards with gentleness and a great sense of humor! I have found him to be very accessible and accomodating whenever I have had an emergency or concern. I cant remember how many years Dr Stauber has been my dentist. I just know that when I moved to America 22 years ago I went through 8 dentists in a little over two years to find him. Ive moved house in the time he has been my dentist and now travel an hour and a half both ways to go to him. Ive recommended him time and again to those who live in the area, and have absolutely no reservations of recommending him to anyone. PS I hate going to the dentist, having someone work on my mouth is traumatic for me, but Dr S and his staff are really good even with someone who is neurotic about trips to the dentist.

Countless times over the past 25 years, our family has contacted Dr Staubers office with a dental emergency. It happened just today and his courteous, kind and efficient office staff could not have been more accommodating. Always a perfectionist, Dr. Stauber takes the time to be certain we experience no discomfort associated with a procedure and that his work is flawlessly done. He clearly cares about his patients and typically calls home after a difficult procedure to be certain the tooth is healing well. We feel very fortunate to live in Somers where such high quality dental care is available.

Dr. Stauber and his staff are as close to perfect as you can get. My family and I have been patients there for 18 years and we have never had anything but a good experience. I never wait for more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room, the staff is exceptionally polite and professional, and the rates are reasonable. Most importantly, I have had some pretty serious dental work done by Dr. Stauber at various times and have never experienced any serious degree of pain. I dont know how he does it, but he does. I can recommend Dr. Stauber without reservation.

Comfortable waiting area with magazines, TV and drinks - but the wait is never long. The staff is efficent and well organized, they make insurance easy!
