We had an appointment at 1:30 signed up sat for 2 hours in the waiting room all because one of the ladies forgot to tell the doctors about the appointment. So she made us lose the appointment and we were the last ones that were taken care of when we were one of the first that got there. This lady should just do her job because my mom was in serious condition and needed help immediately and shes saying that oh you didnt tell me you couldnt breathe, THAT DOESNT MATTER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:30, also the doctor prescribed my mom medicine and the doctor said she would send it to the pharmacy as soon possible bc it was urgent. But when we got there after almost 2 hours the doctor didnt even call so my mom called the doctors office and now they got her waiting like 20 minutes just for that. Overall, we have been stressing out over this unprofessional doctors office since 1:00 to 6:00. Sorry for the story Im just really mad.

I have been trying to reach this office for 3 weeks by phone. Ive made more than 20 phone calls, stayed on the phone for over an hour sometimes. Ive left 6 messages on voicemail. My pharmacy has made 4 calls trying to straighten out a medication screw-up. One of my private physicians has been trying to reach them for a month. they have been totally unresponsive. They have left me in an exam room for more than 3 hours after my scheduled appointment before seeing a resident, not even a real MD. Any private physician would be out of business.

Doctors are good, but they always rushing. No time to think and ask questions. They are always all over the place and the front desk cant manage the phone, people checking in and making appointments so the line is always pretty long and you have to wait a long time to be seen.

They are all idiots! I came in the building to get birth control, peed in a cup, negative in the pregnancy test, and when i went to get my birth control in the pharmacy.... no birth control! They are all idiots!! Bad place. Never coming back!
