Dr. Singh and his staff are warm and friendly. They seem to be very attentive to the animals needs. All of which handle the animals with care. The wait time is pretty quick in his office. They have flexible hours to meet customers schedules. This is the 2nd time Ive gone to Aadobe Animal Hospital. However, this time I was left with a bad taste in my mouth due to the bait and switch practice. I came in for the same procedure as the first time, and prior to scheduling my return visit to get the procedure done on my dog. I confirmed the price for the procedure verbally with one of his doctors & veterinary assistant. Specifically asking if everything we discussed would be included in the price. Otherwise, I would have weighed out my options with other local vets/postponing it for another date. When it came time to pay. The bill was $40 more then agreed price. We discussed it and he lowered it $15. Which is still more then I had wanted and agreed to pay. GET PRICING IN WRITING!

Excellent. Warm and very friendly staff. I adopted a 5-month old kitten one month ago and took her to another vet close by for her rabies shots. I didnt like the chaotic environment there and also, she quite literally flipped out. I decided to bring her to Aadobe for her spay and I am relieved I did. While she clearly has issues with being at the vet, I was very reassured by Dr. Singh and his kind staff. I felt she was in good hands when I had to leave her for the spay surgery. The pricing was great which included: check up (a must), the spay, FIV test, flu shot and antibiotics. They also groomed her nails since it was our first visit. I believe I have found my kittens vet and will absolutely return.

I have been going to Aadobe for a few years now, and have found Dr. Singh and his staff to be the best Ive ever dealt with. They are caring and compassionate and they know their stuff. They are not only wonderful with all of my pets and any strays that I have brought there, but they are wonderful with us human caretakers too! Dr. Singh treats everyone with kindness and warmth. Ive been to a number of vets over the years, but I can honestly say that this place is the best. They truly care.

I spoke to a customer service person about if they had payment plans and she was unprofessional and rude. Then I asked her another question which I spoke clearly and she acted like she didnt hear me. That behavior turned me off right away and I hung up. I have a dog in pain and this is the "professionalism " I receive.
