This is the worst experience I have ever had .. I have had migraines ever since getting my new partials. The color is bad , the tooth sizing is horrible, and my porcelain crown sticks out like a white chicklet... The bottom partial was supposed to be replaced and I was happy that Dr. Gray agreed with the fact that one tooth was way too big... So I went out of town on business and was waiting on my call that the new ones were ready... Much to my dismay three weeks later I received a call that I needed to come make another impression and pay a lab fee... arrrrrrr $$$$ The only way I found out they were not ready was when my sister was called for her fitting of veneers. At that point Carol called me to let me know the lab fees and the new impression needed. I was not surprised because my tooth had broken off and the other asst. pointed it out and Carol said she would glue it on. Now I got a call letting me know my time was running out and I will incur more cost for a faulty partial... The worst experience of my life.... to top this all off they have no medical info on me because that was overlooked. I FEEL THAT HIS PRACTICE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I AM UNHAPPY WITH EVERY ASPECT AND ETHIC. please take notice before going there. this is the only place I have ever reviewed, and I hope to save someone else the distress

ITS A SCAM!!! RUN!!! TERRIBLE DENTIST, went to have a crown they molded thats too short PERMANENTLY placed just to fall off from chewing gum 2 weeks later. While the other crowns Ive had for years now that i got from other dentist never move or fall off.. If you would have just done it right the first time and put a lil more elbow grease in your work. in lack of a better word, your a "doctor" here.. Its not cause the gum i was chewing but the lazy hand that placed the PERMANENT crown. He half ass does everything while the nurses do all the face time, and prepping for the Doc to jump in and "fix" your issue.. the doc never explains anything, has the nurses run behind the curtain to get to carry a conversation like he was the Wizard of Oz or sum ish, and then when hes done he drops his tools and zips out like the Roadrunner. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Skip this place! This is the worst dental office ever. They placed a simple filling in my sons molar and he has had terrible pain since that time. He had a visit to the endodontist and now he at 20 years old need a root canal because it was reported to him that the filling was placed on the nerve. If you want quality service do not go to this dental office EVER!!!!! They do not deserve the one star that they had because of the dental pain they have caused my son. No pain before visit +Visit Routine Filling + Terrible Pain After Visit +Root Canal Now Needed = Dentist at Fault..but they state no way they were not at fault.
