DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON! It is very deceiving! If I could post a picture I would, but it reads: The Deal - $39 for $1,590 towards a complete Invisalign package The total cost of the service is $3,995 with financing available. The package includes: -$1,000 toward invisalign treatment -Retainer (a $250 value) -Take-home teeth whitening kit (a $120 value) -Exam and x-ray (a $220 value) Please note that the TOTAL SERVICE IS $3,995 and the items included below add up to the $1,590. The amount the groupon covers. However, just before starting the impressions, I asked the hygienist to please double check with the receptionist and ensure they were an in-network provider because I had calculated what I would owe assuming they were an in-network provider. The receptionist them came back with the total cost and informed my that the Total cost was $3,995 and my insurance would pay approximately $1,300 and I would owe approximately $2,700. I then said, really I would owe approximately $1,110 after the Groupon and she was quick to inform me that the total cost is $3,995 plus $1,590 so that I would still owe $2,700. I showed her the Groupon and she was hesitant to agree or disagree with me about what the Groupon meant, but that it was definitely $3,995 plus the $1,590. SIDE NOTE: I called and asked before I came in if they would file the $3,995 with my insurance or $3,995 less $1,590 and she told me that the $3,995 would be filed and Groupon would be a part of my payment. NOW TODAY she is saying that would be illegal to do (she is probably right, but Im not up to date on the legality of how to file insurance payments and that is why I ASKED THE QUESTION because I wanted to estimate how much I would owe). I told her I had specifically asked this question and she tried to make it sound like I was asking her to do something illegal (file the total less GROUPON) and told me I never asked her if it was legal to do this. Of course I didnt, I do to a professional business under the assumption they are operating all operations legally. I only asked the question because I spend smart and wanted to estimate how much I owed. Anyways, at the end of the day the GROUPON is misleading and the receptionist was misleading. If I had not asked right before starting impressions if they were in network, and they brought me the payment breakdown, they would have just deceived me and screwed me over. Not to mention, they wasted my time since they were deceiving. Time is precious and I will never get back that time I wasted in their office. They were going to get a new patient for regular visits as well. Now they lost me for both because they are deceiving and I just walked out. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE and if you do, MAKE SURE YOU DISCUSS PAYMENT before the service. If it were a $100 difference no big deal, but this was a $1,590 dollar difference. That is huge. If I could they would get 0 stars from me. I hope this helps someone else from being in the same situation as I was in.

I recently visited this office after purchasing a Groupon for a cleaning. I dont currently have insurance and even though I have never experienced any tooth pain or discomfort - I knew I was overdue for a cleaning. The office was very modern and clean and I have no complaints about the staff. My issue is with the diagnosis. I left the building with a $2100 estimate in hand and WITHOUT a cleaning (which was the reason I visited in the first place). They said that they would give me the cleaning (which I had already paid for) once I got the suggested work done. The suggested work included SEVEN fillings and scaling for my gums. Of course I was upset and overwhelmed because like I said, I have never had any toothaches, pain or sensitivity and with "7 cavities" I found that hard to believe. I began asking around and found out that a friend of mine had the SAME EXACT experience as me. His girlfriend purchased the Whitening groupon through the same office for him and when he went to get it, he also left with a $2000 estimate and no whitening done. I immediately set up an appointment to visit my family dentist while I was home for Thanksgiving. Everyone in my family has been seeing him for years and his practice is established, trustworthy and has many accolades and awards to prove it. When he examined my teeth and listened to me tell him my experience he was shocked. Him and 2 hygienist looked at my teeth and xrays and none of them could find even a single cavity in my mouth. As for the scaling... he said it was unnecessary in my case and that I simply needed just a good cleaning. THANK GOD I did not buy into the fear tactic of a $2100 estimate. It would have been a lot of money wasted and makes this place seem like a total scam. It is hard for me to believe that someone would go to dental school and then practice in a way that is bordering fraud. Wish I could have the $50 back I spent on this wasted visit. Oh well- lesson learned and I hope this review will heave a warning to the next groupon purchaser.

Dr. B & staff are absolutely amazing. I went in for my crown and root canal procedure full of fear & anxiety. Not to mention shame for allowing my tooth to become so far gone with decay that I had to have such extensive work to save the tooth! Miracle #1 Dr.B performed the root canal procedure with 100% success and saved my tooth! #2 He & his team went out of their way to put my anxiety at ease. #3 I never once felt shamed or judged about my letting my tooth go that far into the decaying process without getting it fixed.#4 Barbie took care of all my insurance concerns and had my expected portion prepared for me. And finally #5 & this is the icing on the cake!... Im 2 days past the procedure & have had virtually NO PAIN! I took some Advil the day of the procedure although I almost think I could have done without it! To me the fact that a person can go in for such extensive dental work and can come out of it taking only one dose of Advil is incredible! No pain people! I also feel this really speaks to Dr. Blourchians experience in dentistry and the expert techniques he uses. I am one happy camper & cant wait to get started on my smile makeover with him next! From the before & after pictures Ive seen, he is obviously a master at cosmetic dentistry as well! If you are a wanting a beautiful smile that not only makes you feel beautiful and younger but actually makes you look that way too, youve got to go to the best & luckily I chose the best by going to Dr. B @ New Image Dentistry!!!

I have been a patient for close to a year now. I have had dental cleanings, filling, invisalign and now starting out with retainers. I have to disagree with some of the negative reviews i have seen on here especially one that was given around 7 months ago. It was obvious there is more to the story as i have had appointments where others were in the office and they ALL were treated just as kindly as I was. When the ladies are talking to patients on the phone for scheduling they are always so sweet - If they didnt know the answer to my questions or other callers they would ask to place you on hold to get you the answer to your question. So the slander that i read is just that - SLANDER. Everyone from the ladies of front like Jenny to Katie who does my teeth cleaning, to the dental assistants and the Dr. have ALWAYS been so kind and friendly. They even know there customers by name by the second or third visit. the BEST customer service by far! I will continue to go to their office as they treat you like family! I would definitely recommend them to every one - And I have :)
