Ive been going to Dr Pate/All Care Dentistry since 2002 and I love them! I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months and even though I dont like having to have dental work and crowns put on (following root canals) the staff do a wonderful job, stand by their work and make it the best expierence possible. Janet (office manager and hygenist) is like a friend to everyone. The receptionist, Michelle, is sweet, always helpful and remembers who I am. Ive had my teeth cleaned by a couple different hygenists and everyone is cheerful while doing a good job. They obviously love their job. Best part, they are very concious of my time, getting me in and out in the shortest amount of time. *Ive reccomended All Care Dentistry to many of my friends and co-workers. I also sent the Owner/President of my world renowned hotel company to Dr. Pate for an emergency appointment just before he had to catch a business flight to England. The hotel owner said he was treated great, fast and was provided temporary relief that got him through his trip to England and back home the following week where he later had a root canal when he arrived home in Philadelphia.

I recently went to All Care Dentistry for the first time. I picked this dentist primarily on the recommendation of a friend and neighbor, but they are also conveniently located near my house. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am self employed so I dont have dental insurance. Instead of pressuring me to have a lot of expensive work done, they gave me several options for dental plans and suggested I find one that I liked in order to get better pricing. I called around and checked out the plans and then the staff went over what they covered for that particular company, which allowed me to pick out the plan that covered the most and costs the least amount of money! And Dr. Pate is awesome! He was very personable and patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. The hygienist was also very friendly and did a great job. The office is very pleasant and each of the rooms I have been in were very nice and relaxing, which is good for me because I normally hate going to the dentist. But thats all changed with Dr. Pate and his staff! I will never go anywhere else for my dental work!

I have been going to All Care Dentistry for a few years. I chose them simply because they were on my insurance list and conveniently located, so I was so pleased to discover that they also provide great dental care. Every staff person Ive met has been super super super nice and very professional and competent. Ive mostly just had cleanings, but the one crown I had done was handled really well. At first I was concerned that they did not offer nitrous, because I am really a dental coward, but their pain management person is absolutely amazing, combining great skill with great compassion. Dr Pate did an excellent job and they worked with me to be sure the crown was seated properly. And unlike other dental offices Ive visited, they have not pushed me to replace all my old fillings with crowns right away, but are instead monitoring them and only recommending procedures that are really necessary. As a bonus, the office itself is a very pleasant environment, and Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Similar to most I dislike going to the dentist, but luckily going to Dr. Pates office was a good experience! As I was walking in he was in the parking lot and greeted me with a nice hello. From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left the staff was super friendly! When I officially met Dr. Pate mentioned seeing me in the parking lot minutes before and officially introduced himself. He has a wonderfully nice personality and makes you feel comfortable and ensures that him and his staff are going to take good care of you and they did just that! From Liz who took me back to get things started, to Dr. Pate himself, to Dawn the hygienist who did an excellent job on my cleaning with little to no pain, and even the receptionists at the front desk, everyone was extremely friendly and just made you feel good about being there. If youre looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Pate and his staff at All Care Dentistry, you cant go wrong!

I have been going to Dr. Pate for over three years now and have never been anything but highly pleased. He must have the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff EVER! When I first decided to change dental offices - I was sooooo scared (I mean who likes going to the dentist?) - but I was instantly amazed at the chair side manor of Dr. Pate and his entire staff. My visits have always been pain free (I did not even think that was possible at a dental office) and about as pleasurable as a dental visit can be. I have never been misquoted or overcharged - my experience with Dr. Pate has been well worth the time and money spent (which in my opinion is very reasonable). He works with my insurance and I have referred many friends and family members who have had the same great results. I put my full trust in Dr. Pate in handling my dental needs - : )

I had a cavity and end up getting a crown. Well, after doing the work and I went in to get the temp cap out and the permanent one put in, when they put it in, it was not molded correctly. I couldnt close my jaw all the way down because the crown was not made perfectly. So due to their inaccuracy they drilled down the tooth above the crown. Now that tooth is sensitive to cold and hot stuff because they grinded it down some to allow my jaw to shut due to their mistake in the making of the mold. This shows that they are not precise and careless when making the mold or designing the cap. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here since they cant do the job right and professionally instead of like amateurs at the cost of you mouth and/or pain.

This is the best dentist period. When i make an appointment, they are always on time. No long waits. The staff is very friendly and they follow up with you very closely. I have had fillings and root canals done and I am always satisfied with the results. Dr. James is a true master at what he does. He is fast yet a perfectionist who always wants to do things the right way. I could not be happier with my dentist. Highly recommended.

Got screwed by a different Berry Hill dentist and went looking for another and tried these guys. Was VERY pleased. Dentist had a great "chairside" manner and they did more for less money than the other Berry Hill dentist that screwed me. I havent been able to sleep for three days but thanks to these guys Im about to conk out. Highly recommended!!

I like this dentist office. It has a warm atmosphere, the office staff are friendly and have beautiful smiles themselves. The founder is a nice individual that seems to really genuinely cares about the customers. (I guess thats why it is named All Care huh) Thats a plus in my book, and I will make this my go-to dentist for now on.
