I read the reviews here on google and I was very apprehensive about going here. So many people said negative things. However, the office is close to my work. I called, and made an appointment because I saw the advertisement they were running about an exam special. The lady that answered the phone said that the office was under new leadership, and that Dr. House was the dentist there, and that he was relatively new to the office. Dr. House and his staff were great! They made me feel very welcome and calm. He told me about all of the problems I have with my gums and my teeth, and recommended that we control my gum disease, then repair my damaged teeth. I had to have a few extractions, and they were over before I knew it. I didnt feel a thing! I used to be terrified to go to the dentist, but not anymore. Dr. House and his staff are great people, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a professional dentist.

My mother went to Castle Dental to get a tooth pulled. They decided that they couldnt pull it there and referred her to a oral surgeon. The surgeon, Dr. Harold Peeples, gave her a couple of shots of numbing liquid and tried to pull it like any regular dentist would. He saw her thirty minutes after her appointment. She was not numb enough for the procedure and felt pain. She decided to try and go through with it to get rid of the tooth. He got frustrated, threw down his instruments, said there was nothing he could do for her and stormed out. We went back to Castle Dental to complain and find another surgeon. All they did was tell us five times or more how if theres a pus pocket the numbing stuff wouldnt work as well. Thank you, I understood that part the first time. I want to thank everyone for being completely useless and unhelpful in addition to being unprofessional.

Like most of Americans, I do not like Dentists all. I have a mild amount of Dentophobia. With that being said, one of my teeth was hurting so badly that I could not stand it. I had to face the fear and make an appointment. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with Dr. Sherman House, the Gentle Giant. He was very caring and made sure that I was aware of everything that was going on. His soothing voice calmed me to the state in which I was no longer scared. He was also very humorous, to the fact that made me want to laugh but was difficult. He placed a filling in one of my teeth. With surgical speed, he had me out of that dentist chair and on my way home in what seemed like just a matter of minutes. Whenever I have another tooth ache, I will most definitely be visiting Dr. House again.

I have had dental difficulties my entire life. My experiences have ranged from great to horrifying. Dr. Sherman House ranks as one of the most satisfying visits I have had. I had a broken tooth, had one recently pulled and broken during the procedure. I soon found out with my first consultation that had I seen Dr. House prior to the last appointment I could have saved the tooth and used it as an anchor for the two bridges he installed. I had lived with a retainer/flipper with a placeholder tooth for 12 years and was very self conscious. Dr. House installed a temp a few days later, sent off my mold and within a few weeks I had a brand new smile. My teeth have never looked better. I have smiled more in the past 6 months than I did in the 12 years prior combined. Thanks Dr. House

Dont do any work at these monsters!!!! I went for a single tooth and when I left they removed three teeth on the dentists trust and i didnt need to have that done. They did not give me the correct information and options that I had available to me, they did not do the work I needed to have a good appearance so they told me I needed to have three teeth pulled when I actually didnt.....THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE A RATS @#%$% ABOUT YOU OR WHAT THE CONSEQUENCES OF WHAT THEY DO TO YOU....DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...RUNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN OR YOU WILL BE SORRY LISTEN TO WHAT ALL THE REVIEWS SAY THEY ARE TRULY ANIMALS AND BUTCHERS NOT DENTISTS!!!!!!!! YOU ARE WARNED AND IM ON MY WAY TO A LAWYER OFFICE TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE...THEY SUCK

Ive always had severe anxiety when it comes to going to see a dentist, even having a teeth cleaning. I found Doctor House and the Castle Dental staff very confident and comforting. It is clear that these people know what theyre doing and enjoy the work they do. They also care that the patient understands what they are doing and educates them why it may need to be done. Through several visits, Doctor House has helped me gain confidence in my dental appearance and health. I carry Castle Dental cards with me and hand them out whenever I have the opportunity. Because of the positive experiences with this dentist, I am planning on being proactive about my dental health instead of just mildly maintaining.

Got 3 teeth pulled that I only needed 1 and maybe not that. Was told it would be fatal if I didnt get them pulled. Right. Told that dentist I wasnt numb and he pulled them anyway. I couldnt stop the tears. Then waited 3 months for replacement teeth which broke in less than 3 months. Then waited almost 3 more months before getting the new partial. Had each family member in and they refused to do any fillings until we paid $1,000 each for cleaning and I had insurance! Said the normal cleaning you got somewhere else was just polishing. Would NOT recommend anyone going there. Seems more interested in $$$ than helping.

Ive always been very nervous about going to the dentist. Almost every time I go, its been a painful experience and most of the time Id leave with at least a couple of fillings. When I went to see Dr. House, I was practically going into shock from the pain. Earlier in the year, Id had a dentist perform 1/2 of a root canal and leave the rest of it undone. I was in so much pain I wasnt able to function. My body was basically going into shock. He was kind and professional. I didnt feel intimidated. Hes the only dentist I want to see. Im really grateful for his expertise.

My daughter went there and it was the WORST experience ever!!! She asked to be put to sleep and they refused, then, after telling them which teeth she was having problems with, they pulled a tooth that didnt need to be pulled. Upon returning, because she was in so much pain, they refused to pull the tooth she originally wanted out unless she paid $200 on top of the $400 shed already paid. The dentist was rude and not helpful in trying to accommodate her at all!! I am a patient there myself and will never return, nor will I ever refer anyone else there EVER!!

The orthodontist took my daughters braces off and shouldnt have. My family dentist discovered that my daughters bite was not correct, and sent his findings over to the orthodontist. They attempted to make me pay for treatment, and of course I refused. My daughter has to go back every 6 weeks now for the next two years. The orthodontist attempted to be rude instead of apologizing for his mistake. I do not recommend and after my daughtrrs treatment is done this time I will NEVER go back to Castle Dental. They are corporate dentistry at its worse.
