Dental Bliss changed my life. I had been scared of the dentist my whole life. I had some really awful dental visits when I was young so I would freak out just thinking about going to the dentist. Every now and then I would have a tooth hurt so bad I would make myself go and it would be awful, they would work on me when it wasnt asleep, then make me feel stupid and ashamed because I said it still hurt , so I just stopped going. After several years my teeth had gotten into terrible shape and a friend kept trying to get me to go to dental bliss, he kept telling me it was different, they really understood what it was like to have fear and anxity and would nevermake me feel stupid, ashamed. So I told him, if he would go with me, Id try. Got up all my nerve and went. From the second I stepped in the door, I knew Dental Bliss was different, they treated me as a caring, friend would. Dr. Garner and several of his team were all suffered from severe dental fear in the past, they totally understood what I was feeling. They have created a fearaway system they call it to help folks like me. I can tell you it absolutely works, I actually like going to the dentist now. I have a beautiful healthy smile now. My friends tell me it has totally changed my personality Im confident and outgoing now where I used to feel ashamed and wouldnt even smile. Dental Bliss is more expensive than some dentists but it is more than worth it, theres just no place like it. Ive been going for several years, it just gets better and a better every time. If you are scared, want a beautiful new smile, like to be made to feel special or just tired of the same old dentist thing you will love Dental Bliss! Dont keep suffering like I did for a lot of years!

I have been a customer here for 8 years. This idea the Dr. Randal had in creating this place was outstanding. Dr. Randal had to retire due to health issues I believe so - over the past three years I have seen different dentist every time I go here. The place has changed hands a couple of times. There has been a steady decline in the services until it has finally bottomed out. The prices have also increased with the decline in service. I see ridiculous things on my bill now such as "oral hygiene instructions - $50" - I though this was a dental office - I would expect communication to be included in the cost of the visit... So sad it is funny. I am done with these folks and I am sorry to all my friends and family that I have turned on to this place. They will have deal with finding another dentist. Update *** I have been contacted several times by the office manager and they have zeroed this bill. She was nice and tried to get me to return and give them another chance. She explained they are trying to satisfy customers on both end of the spectrum - those that are used to the Dental Bliss service and those that want a "regular" dentist. I have yet to return - I think I will wait to see what they become when the dust settles. I can see a "regular" dentist that cost me less (due to them not accepting insurance) until then. I raised the rating due to their efforts.

First of all Im a total dental phobic, Id been watching the dental bliss commercials for months and kept thinking this place looks like it was designed just for me, even the doc used to be scared to death of the dentist. I hadnt been to the dentist in 18 years because of my fear, well I broke a back tooth and it was killing me, I had to do something so I called them, the person on the phone Melissa I think was so kind and understanding with me on the phone, shes used to be extremely afraid on the dentist, she really understood how I felt and was so encouraging. I actually got up all my courage and made the appointment. I thought about cancelling it several times but I made myself go. All I can say is I wish this place had existed 18 years ago. The place is like a spa, all kinds of cool gadgets which make things quick and easy, excellent team and doctor. Since it had been 18 years since Id been, I had several other problems besides the tooth that was killing me, they told me they could sedate with some pills and that Id be able to get all my work done in one appointment and sleep through it all. With my past experiences I was a little skeptical but I had to do something. I came in took my pills and thats all I remember till I got home

I have gone to the dentist regularly for years, but didnt know I was not getting the care I needed. At my wifes insistence, because she had been going to Dental Bliss and was very happy, I made an appt to get my teeth cleaned. The Dental Bliss staff was so professional and kind. Turned out I needed extensive dental work done. My old dentist had just been "patching" problems, not fixing them. I had many cracked and rotted teeth, and needed 2 back teeth pulled and 13 crowns! I was shocked and dismayed. One, I knew it would be expensive and, two, would hurt - I have a great fear of pain. To make a long story short, I was put to sleep and got most of he work done at once. They also helped me with the financing. I now have an unbelievable smile! Having all this work done was important to my physical health as well. My knee replacement could have been in jeopardy, as well as my heart. People dont realize how important good dental care is to their overall health. Thank you so much to the entire Dental Bliss staff. They are angels and true professionals. I feel like they are my friends after all we have been thru together! Dr. Hord is the best, kindest dentist I have ever been to.

I was allergic to medications and they were used anyway after I was sedated slightly. Assistant spilled bleach concentration on my inner lip and had to use laser to help heal the sores it left inside my mouth. I will not disagree that this is the most beautiful dentist office I have ever been to but it is almost too good in many senses. I was never actually sedated to a state of unknowing like I was promised and yet when my family member called to see how I was doing, someone told them I was great...and was receiving a hand massage. Please!!! This NEVER happenned. Poor bedside manner! Not sure having wine in the dentist office is the best idea. Smelling the fresh baked goods was nice but come on...again, were here because something isnt right in our mouth....the last thing we want is a milk chocolate chip cookie warm from the oven. Geesh! Ive told everyone to beware of this place. Another area dentist suggested I run and not walk from this DentilBliss and dont look back! Its a shame but my experience was awful!

Ive been going to Dental Bliss for years. Before starting there, I absolutely dreaded going to the dentist. I had anxiety about the visits and would constantly reschedule or cancel my dentist appointments rather than endure the agonizing experience. However, Dental Bliss and its incredible staff go out of their way to ensure that each visit is a positive, painless experience. They use spa like techniques to help you relax whether its a hand massage, a heat wrap, beautiful serene views of their backyard, or headphones and a TV to distract you. Ive also found that they dont overbook so when i show up for my appointment, I only have to wait a few minutes before they begin. In an industry where money is often valued more than customer service, Dental Bliss sets themselves apart. If something isnt the way you expected, they go out of their way to make it right. While insurance doesnt cover as much here as other places, as one reviewer mentioned, to me its 100% worth it. I cant imagine going anywhere else ever again. Seriously.
