The whole experience was an epic nightmare from the beginning to the end. I started with Village Dental Group of Indian Lake and when that office was closed all records were sent to Rivergate Village Dental Group (or Village Dentistry per my Insurance). I cautiously made my appointment and was told to be there at 8:30 a.m. to have 3 fillings completed. I waited for the dentist to arrive 30 minutes late. I then once in the chair realized the dentist was in such a rush, she said no need to numb you to do the 3 fillings with anything more than the numbing gel (REALLY??). After much pain and 5 minutes later I was walking out the door, Yes that is how fast 3 fillings were done! I had to make 2 more subsequent appointments to fix the terrible job done on the fillings. I had resin on the gum line and resin between my teeth and on my crowns. I went to see a Periodontist and he literally could put the dental hook behind my fillings and said they had to be completely redone by a reliable dentist. I will try to shorten this here; we contacted them because I now have to pay another dentist to fix the terrible job that was done on my teeth. They wanted me to go see another one of their other dentist 50 miles away from where I live, to see if they could fix the damage. I asked for a refund so I can go to the specialist and they refused full or partial reimbursement. So I am left with paying hundreds of dollars for the worst dental care a person could receive. If you choose to go to this office please be aware there is not a Regional Office or a Corporate Office to file complaints or discuss any type of situation. Their Office Manager only states she can text her District Manager to ask questions (Shady don’t you think??). Due to my experience I would avoid this establishment at all cost!! This is based on my own personal experience from 2013 to 2014.

I rarely ever do a review, but I was compelled to do simply because so many others share my fear and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Ive been to this dental office twice now, but since I received the same excellent experience the second time I went, I just had to let people know. First off, the front dest is so polite and made it super easy to fill out the necessary paperwork. I didnt have to wait long in the lobby which tells me that they do a good job not overbooking with patients. Both the hygenist and dentist introduced themselves to me and gave details as to what the procedure entailed, rather than just ask me to open up and be quiet. The offer the laughing gas which really really took the edge off. The dentist constantly reassured me that I was going well throughout the procedure and continued to ask how I was feeling during my time there. This was the first time in my adult life that I actaully felt comfortable and relaxed at the dental office. Dr. Hall was very professional and thorough with her instructions for home care and the medications I took home. I even received correspondence days later concerning how I was feeling. I work very hard and its a wonderful feeling giving my hard earned coin to a business that makes it their to please their customers. Im so glad I found the perfect place for my smile.

Do not take family friends children any person there for that matter! She broke one tooth during a extraction. Then after filling two front teeth the fillings came out and broke at the gum line. She agreed to fix the one she messed up but after shooting me up wanted to make me pay 150 per tooth including the ones she broke. They make false insurance claims as well as being very unprofessional. They said it was 2012 when they did my fillings but I was just there in July. There will be a full investigation on this business. I highly recommend another dentest. The one on Indian Lake was closed for a reason. Partial previously made doesnt fit.

Ive had multiple fillings done with my old dentist and was JUST fine a week later, could eat drink anything cold or hot. Hard or soft until I came here. I havent been able to eat on my right side for months and last week I had three done on my left side and I cannot eat to save my life without pain. My jaw is still bruised and somewhat swollen and Im laying here with terrible pain that feels like nerve pain. I go back for a cleaning the 7th and Im going to cancel my next filling appointment because I cannot take not being able to eat. Its complete crap. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst experience ever!!! All four fillings I had done to my front top teeth at this place have fell out completely.Thanks to this place my teeth are worse than ever.I walked in with a nice smile and now you couldnt pay me to smile. I will have to spend lots of money to have her horrible work corrected. DONT GO you will save yourself money and your smile will thank you later.

I for one hate going to the dentist. Its scares the life out of me and as much as I would love to forego treatment I know its simply not an option. When I first met Dr. Hall I was petrified , of course shes a dentist. But she was very patient and kind and made sure I wasnt scared and I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this office to everyone with a dental need.

I love going to Dr. Angel Hall. She is wonderful. She & the others always explain to me everything that needs to be done and what is being done while I am getting work done. I would definitely recommend others to go here and look forward to taking my son once he is old enough. They always make me feel comfortable and make coming to the dentist a great experience.

Fear going to the dentist no more! Dr. Hall and staff are awesome! Not only do they do excellent work and youll leave with a fantastic smile, but theyll keep you laughing with their witty personalities and wonderful charm! (Which helps me to relax) This place really is great! I wouldnt recommend going to any other dentist!

Hall, but guys this lady and her staff are wonderful and took care of my issue and now i have a new dentist!
