Im very disheartened to have to write this review. I used to go to Dr. Turners office on a very regular basis, and felt the work was done nicely. I liked Dr. Turner and returned to her even when my dental insurance expired. I referred my then fiance, now husband over to them to have his wisdom teeth removed. The billing office assured him that his insurance was verified when he asked them during the confirmation call AND before he checked in for the procedure. Two years later, we received a collection call out of the clear blue sky for $900 dollars for the dental work. Not only did this office NOT verify the insurance as they had claimed, they didnt even send us a bill. They sent us straight to collections. To make matters worse, they refused to work with us or own up to their mistake. They acknowledged that they screwed up, and had NOT, in fact, verified the insurance like they had told us, and still refused to help with the bill in any small way or accept some financial responsibility. Weve been round and round with them and have now had to resort to telling others. Now were stuck battling with a collection agency and our credit scores are screwed up. Were very honest, hard working people who have built a life for ourselves with great credit histories and excellent scores, but now we have been screwed by the billing office at Kelli Turners clinic. I wish I could give this office lower than 1 star. Do yourself a favor and stay away as far as possible.

Dr tuner ,seems like a nice dentist but shes not she really messed up my teeth . I went to her for 10 years when I was a kid ,I was mistreated . She made chipped places in my teeth so that she would have to fix them , she drained ten care as much as she could . She was so rough on my gums I dreaded getting my teeth cleaned , my mom didnt know better when I was a kid and she took ten care ,and was the dentist I had to see . I had a root canal done and she left me sitting in the chair with 10 files in my mouth for over 10 mins , holding my mouth open myself . She made sure to put fillings in all my teeth , I later went to anther dentist and he was mortified at what she had done to me, shes a terrible dentist ,beware if she takes tenn care she will do her best to drain what she can from them , I would never recommend her to anyone , if you go to her go get a second opinion.

I just had another great appointment with Dr. Turner. She cleaned my teeth and fixed my cavities in the same visit. I have been going to Dr. Turner for over a decade. She makes sure my visits are as painless as possible. What I really appreciate the most about Dr. Turner is the way she clearly explains every procedure does in plain terms and teaches you how to prevent them from happening again. She also has a great network of dental specialists that do quality work also. When I have needed oral surgery for an implant she referred me to awesome oral surgeon. I have had several root canals and she referred to an excellent practice of specialists that performed the root canal excellently and without pain. She very personal and the friendliest dentist I have every had. I have recommend her to many of friends and colleagues.

Dr. Turner has been taking excellent care of me and my teeth for almost a year now. After leaving a dentist who charged me an arm and a leg for procedures/extras that werent completely explained as not being covered by my insurance, it was nice to be somewhere where they really take into account that costs can be prohibitive. I highly recommend Dr. Turner to any and all!

weird a similar thing happened to me as the other reviewr. I was promised a certain price for my detnal work and it ended up being double the price. Dont turn your back on them!
