I have been going to this dentist for a couple of years now. Last December, the redid an old filling and went to far and had to put a cap on, okay. Then, it took 6 months for it to stop hurting and I could not eat on that side at all. During which time, I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned and they did not send me a reminder. I called and they got me in in August and did the cleaning and, also, took x-rays. I got a bill from them and called and said my insurance pays for all cleanings. They said you were not due for x-rays and thats why you have to pay. Instead of admitting the mistake and writing off the $32, the forced me to pay it. I had my records transferred the next day to another dentist in Franklin, who told me that it is their job to keep up with the insurance, thats how they make sure they get paid. I never got a call from anyone at Dr. Bradleys office, which just confirmed to me that I made the right decision leaving. $32 to her is nothing and she could have written it off. $32 to me is a weeks worth of gas, a water bill, dinner for a week. I wont be back and will not recommend them. Thank you.

Dr. Bradley and her staff are by far the best Ive ever been to. I am a very nervous dental patient and had neglected going because of this. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Bradley and from the very first phone call was put right at ease. Her assistants are very professional and I felt well-taken care of. I was at ease for the whole exam while they explained everything that they were doing. Lo and behold I needed repair work, including a crown, which was again incredibly easy and pain-free. They provided a topical numbing cream to my gums and barely felt the local. During the procedure, I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. Even when my eye started watering, the assistant wiped it for me. This practice has spoiled me and I will never be anxious to visit the dentist again. I highly recommend this practice and will never go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley for about 17+ years. Even though I now live in Florida, I STILL make arrangements when Im in the Nashville area to come back for my dental cleanings and have Dr. Bradley check my teeth. Her team is the best. From the time I walk in the door, Im met with friendly smiles and professionalism and HUGS as if I were a long-lost cousin. Everyone wants to see the latest pictures of my grands that they have watched grow up. Dr. Bradley has a gentle touch and has always done a great job with fillings and/or crowns. Debbie is my favorite hygienist ever. I love the whole crew like sisters. I have recommended several friend to her office and they have all been as impressed with her meticulous and gentle care as I am.

Dr. Bradleys practice is the best! She and her entire staff have created a remarkable dental office! Everything is done in the best way possible. The front desk person, Carol, is friendly and incredibly helpful. Stella, another office person who handles the finances is over-the-top competent and thoughtful. Debbi, my hygienist, is very thorough and skilled. Dr. Bradley herself is careful and caring and knowledgeable. The whole group is just stellar. Our whole family (ranging in age from 15 to 76) goes to this practice and we wouldnt go anywhere else!
