My experience is with Dr Velobrol and to be fair, other than being a bit heavy on vacations Ive never had any issues with him, in fact hes been great!... I enjoyed his services for nearly a year until he moved to this new location... the real problem lies with the new receptionist staff and their complete and utter lack of any critical thinking... These people scream we really dont care about you or your needs. I have brought my newborn daughter in twice in near urgent situations during business hours and was informed I should probably just go to a urgent care because they didnt have 10 mins to look at her... After a 20 minute argument with the office manager, and direct requests to be seen at any location, she finally offered an appointment at an office 10 mins away... Really??? Whats worse, once over the phone with just a brief description of an eye problem the nurse wanted to prescribe a 6 week old baby antibiotics assuming it was pink eye (caused by a virus)... So reckless... I of course took her to urgent care and the short answer is it wasnt pink eye nor would have antibiotics treated it... I personally have tried stopping in to take advantage of their advertised walk in schedule, and big surprise nothing is ever available... Im taking my family elsewhere from now on, I recommend you do the same... UPDATE. Well apparently I made a huge mistake and due to convenience and my trust in Dr. Velobrol, I decided to give this clinic one more chance... Somehow, they found s way to reach an all new low... I had an appointment today scheduled at 5:40pm. I received a reminder call yesterday reminding me of the same and nothing else. My wife decided to meet me there with my daughter and arrived approximately ten minutes early 5:30pm. I then received a call from her letting me know they were giving her a hard time that I wasnt there at 5:20 (something never previously mentioned by the staff) my wife was calm and polite the entire experience not wanting to make a fuss in front of my 7 month old daughtor. Now before I say anything else, keep in mind they close at 6pm. At 5:39pm they elect to kick my wife and my daughtor out in the rain with others still waiting in the waiting room and LOCKED THE DOOR BEHIND HER!!! I pulled up at 5:40 and reached the door at 5:41 which was of course locked during business hours ( isnt that a fire code violation?) an angry looking woman lumbered over to the door and in the most condicendong inflammatory voice possible told me that unfortunently when I was called I was told my appointment was at 5:20. Still thinking of my wet wife and daughter I asked to speak to Dr Velobrol which she of course refused. Additionally she refused to even let him know I was there. Its obvious these wemen are purely lazy and just wanted to go home on time/early regardless of Heath or injury... They have absolutely no business in the service industry let alone a medical office... If I could give negative stars this place would have it.... Beware, dont make the same mistake I did, stay far away! I dont want a response from the company unless its the owner, the office staff is incapable of settling my grievance as they solely are the problem...

Ive been a patient at this Centura locations for less than 2 years and the only two visits I had were both scheduled months in advance for preventative appointments. That is pretty much the only way they can see you at this clinic. The 6 times over the past year I have called when me or my daughter was very VERY sick, they could never get me in same day for even next day. This week I called Monday first thing and told them my daughter had had an extremely high fever all weekend and was in a lot of pain and it was urgent that she be seen and that I could not afford Urgent Care again. Well the soonest they could see her would have been FRIDAY!!! WHAT! My girl could not wait til Friday to be seen as she was getting worse and worse. Then they told me they only have two slots a day for sick visits and that I called too late...it was 8:10 AM. It would be one thing if it was a one time thing but this has happened every single time I have attempted to get in with them. S So I resorted to the Little Clinic in the King Soopers lobby and believe it or not they BLEW THIS CLINIC out of the park. Sounds crazy but for infectious issues such strep along with a really bad ear infection that cant wait a week to be seen, they were fabulous. The Dr there saw my girl Monday morning in less than an hour and she had the antibiotics she so desperately needed within 2 hours. I will never go back here and am currently interviewing new PCPs yet again. So disappointed and frustrated. I was so hopeful when I found them initially.

Brought my little one in today after he took a bad fall on the playground and the care provided was PHENOMENAL. We were checked in and immediately seen by two of the most caring, patient, and gentle women I have ever come across. (Ricky was our nurse, Mandy was our physician) They took their time to make sure we were ALL cared for in every way they could, and even showed us how to help our son if he had the same injury in the future and how to prevent it as he grows. I cried when we left because they went so far above and beyond for us in every way. Incredible care and experience- we will NEVER go anywhere else!

This place is horrible. They do not care about their patients at all. Doctor seems that he needs to come back to college. Dont even call after hours because the doctor that answers the calls is super rude, and make it obvious that does not care about their patients. I am still waiting for the doctor to called me for my follow up ( 3 days). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Appointment cancelled upon arrival, they had my decade old number on record. The person supposed to see me had to be in meeting, I was suppose to be a new patient. Waste of time, and it simply shows they dont need new patients. Probably will look for different place, where business is needed.

Staff is awful full of a bunch of people fresh out of medical school who have no idea what theyre doing. Wouldnt send my worst enemy to this Terrible excuse for a health center. Please for the love of God find somewhere else to go

I love this place! The staff is nice and super easy to get along with. Dr. McWhorter is awesome, and his nursing staff is just as great.
