I ordered medicine 5 weeks ago and the head pharmacist said it would be here in a week and so I called every single week to check on it and I was lied to me multiple times by each of the pharmacist there. Then when I went in store they said it was never ordered and I never got a prescription. So the head pharmacist called the doctors office and said it was only referral to get the medicine. (Which would make no sense) and he said he would call me back that day to get the medicine because it was in stock. My doctors office called me and said they sent it to the only pharmacy that had in stock. Not only did they lie to me but my mom also. Plus Im leaving out of the country and that kind of medicine is nothing to mess with 2 weeks before I leave!! I will not be getting anything else filled here.

The pharmacist Suzanne Cooley stated, without checking, that their cost and Targets cost would be the same. This is incorrect as they are a PREFERRED pharmacy and Target is not. I will not use them again. She had no knowledge of insurance and the parameters of PREFERRED vs. NON Preferred pharmacies. Do yourself a favor and use a PREFERRED mom and pop Pharmacy and support your local community.
