The only reason I did not give this place a 0 is because it is not possible. In the first place, this clinic is nasty and dirty. The people working in the office do not look professional for people in what should be a clean and respected place. I took my sister here after she got out of the nursing home since she went here before. She needed the doctor to sign off so she could get her oxygen. My sister owed an old doctor bill so the receptionist told her they would not sign off because of the old bill. When I ask her what she would do without oxygen and the girl just looked at me. We came up with the money for the old bill and she got home. I received a call from this clinic saying they could no longer see my sister because her illness was too complicated for them. Im not quite sure what that means but take it for what its worth. Myself, I would not take my cat to this place

I have went there one to there nurse when doctor was not there because my doctor was to bussy it was bad all around they gave me some meds that mad me sick I had to go to my doctor for that so again I though the nurse was just stupied so I went in for something total different and the doctor was there and he gave me the same med I took it twice before I saw it was the same med so I would say I would not take my dog there I been taking my little girl there and I she likes him but she never gets better Wright away I a ways thought she was just really sick this is the most worst place to go its worst then fort payne hospital wow what stuiped people and it makes you give them a star I think they dont even need one star

My wife is to nice to give a bad review. She was there yesterday because she couldnt get in to see our family doctor in Collinsville. She said that the doctor was good but the receptionist was very rude and treated her like she didnt belong and couldnt afford to pay. Neither of us will be back.

Doctor was great, nursing staff forgot I was in the room. Stayed in there for over an hour after dr saw me. Never did give me my shot he ordered.

Told me I had to go through a lot of test. I had a stomach virus..... Went another doctor and was well in 5 days. These people are crazy!!!!!!
