From the moment I entered the office I knew I had picked the right Family Doctors Practice! The office staff, nurses, technicians, nurse practioner was smiling and super nice! The waiting area is large, open space comfortably decorated and inviting. Love the stars quilt and the acorn lights! I was treated with respect, my concerns were heard, and understood. Major Plus! Lab tests were done right in the office and was told exactly when I would be called. At no time did I feel like a number or that their time was more important than mine. Major Plus!

If you have a serious medical issue and use any programs to help pay for your co-pays, THEN STEER CLEAR! Since the Baptist Group has taken over, its VERY OBVIOUS your care comes second to them getting as much MONEY as possible out of your pockets. They didnt used to be like this, which is a damn shame. I fell and majorly injured myself and was expecting to get a follow up appointment after an E.R. visit within a week, but was refused to even be made an appointment and asked "if I REALLY needed to see a doctor." WHY ELSE WOULD I CALL?!

Wonderful user friendly family practice coveniently located in the Highlands. Dr. Weiss is an excellent communicator, returnns calls and answers questions at any level of detail you request. Works with you on referrals to specialists. Keeps you informed of community medical services availble such as shingles vacine at Walgreens. If you need a family practice/primary care doctor in the Highlands area (or anywhere else) this is the practice to contact.

Ive been a patient ever since I moved to Louisville around 2007. Great place. However, since theyve merged/been acquired by Baptist Health Ive noticed its hard to make an accommodating and convenient appointment. The past 3 times Ive attempted to make an appt I opt for Krogers The Little Clinic :(

Even though my Dr. just announced her retirement, I have always been more than satisfied with this practice. All the staff are friendly, accommodating, and most importantly quick. Oh and they have a pet dog Maize that stays behind the counter, she always makes me smile.

As soon as I walked in I knew this place was for me. The staff is happy and smiling and the atmosphere is warm. They have their own kid area in the waiting room. And I guarantee its because there is a gorgeous little pup in the office.
