Words can not describe exceptional experience I had with American Family Dental. After a terrible experience with another dental practice, I avoided going to the dentist for 10 years. That was until today when I sore tooth forced me into the doors of Alabama Family Dental. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by friendly smiling faces. After I filled out the paperwork, I was taken on a tour of the entire office. Being able familiarize myself with the facilities first helped reduce some of the anxiety I had. After the tour, I sat down with an employee who created a patient profile for me so they could personalize my experience. This included; my favorite drinks, food, music, and hobbies. From there I was taken to an exam room where my favorite station was playing and I was seated in a massage chair. By the time the exam started, I was about as relaxed as humanly possible. X-rays were taken in the room and displayed on the screen in front of me. I discussed with the doctor a plan to get me back on track with dental care. The doctor and staff are beyond knowledgeable and skilled, and I can not express how thankful I am for their care and support. I will definetly be back and would recommend Alabama Family Dental to anyone who is looking dentist.

The experience at Alabama Family Dental was second to none. They really treat you like family. They make sure your comfortable before you even sit in the chair by playing your favorite music and keeping a fun family friendly atmosphere. I loved it! Will definitely be doing more business with them!
