I would not recommend this hellhole to nobody the lady at the front desk is so irresponsible and has no customer service whatsoever. I drive 45 minutes to come here to bring my sick son and sit there for a whole hour filling out this stupid ass paperwork until afterwards she tells me they dont accept any NICU babies. If she would have had the common decency to tell me that before hand. They have no type of customer service and meanwhile the ladies trying to rush me out the door because they want to go have lunch. Im sorry but my child health is way more important than you stuffing your face. I would not recommend this place to anybody thats probably why when I got there i was the only one there. And since they were at fault they could have at least recommended me somewhere else since I just moved here which I explained to them a million times and I live 45 minutes away from here this place is a disgrace I wouldnt even give it one star I give it 0.

I LOVE Dr. Bedri but the front office staff is terrible and have very bad attitudes. Its sad because Dr. Bedri in my opinion is the best around but having to deal with the front office staff and the lack of customer service shouldnt be an option.

While the doctors are wonderful. The front desk lady is absolutely awful. Been hung up on twice and she didnt even look up at me when at the window to make an appointment because she was too busy texting.

Staff terrible. Dr. is OK, but they would not see a sick baby with strep throat even though it was a regular patient. They suggested we to to Emergicare. We will be looking for another doctor.
