Got to doctor appt with Anthony Smith checked in and was taken back within about 10 minutes.They had me take childs clothes off down to diaper and weighed and told me to leave clothes off and doctor would be in in a few minutes. Waited an hour for doctor to come in. The room was so hot even with no clothes on other than diaper my child was sweating. Stuck my head out a few times to see if anyone was around but did not see anyone at the time. I could here him going in rooms talking and coming out of rooms. He went to each of the rooms multiple times and never came to ours. I finally after sitting in the room for an hour seeing patient come in and leave that can after me I got upset and left. Never saw the doctor. All the nurse could say was oh, well he will be in in a minute. And I said I have been waiting for an hour and Im leaving. This was doctor Anthony Smith and nursing staff.

In China, you go to the hospital to be paid first before you see a doctor, no matter how serious your condition, no money, no one died in the tube, so Im chilling on China. I came to the United States for 16 years, for the United States of humanity I appreciate very loving Americans say, the U.S. government will also take care of their own people, but today my son to the clinic to see a doctor, he unprovoked body redness rash, even the face is, he just 3 months old, because his insurance had not had time, doctors want us to pay in order to check that the baby, the babys father because so angry and leave, my heart very sad , all of a sudden chilling of the United States

Heaven forbid I ever need something from this office. Every time I have to leave a message for a nurse to call me back, if they call at all its always the same woman who proceeds to argue with me about my kids needs and what our insurance will and wont cover. There is only one doctor on staff that I trust. Everyone else has completely screwed up on my kids. I would go to a different pediatrician but the next closest to this tiny town is over an hour away.

My two boys see Dr. Richard Smith at the Spring Hill location and he is so great with them. Hes got a great bedside manner and always listens to any questions I may have. I highly recommend him. Occasionally we have seen other docs at that location when he is unavailable and they have all been wonderful too.

Dr. Carol Broadway has been my childrens doctor since they were babies. The entire staff has been great with the kids and Dr. Broadway is a real down to earth kind of doctor who will take the time to talk to you and explain what is going on with your kids. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Smith is one of the rudest physicians I have ever encountered. Telling a parent that he is the one who went to medical school so that makes him the expert is the wrong tjing to say. Not everyone is textbook sir. Time to shop for a new practice to take my girls to.

The staff here are absolutely the best. When my kids are sick, they will see any of the doctors here. They always go above and beyond. The nurses are always smiling and courteous. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
