Unfortunately, we never saw Dr. Page Mitchell, we heard great feedback about her care, but dealing with the reception staff was a nightmare. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, spoke with anger, very patronizing, never listened and never stopped talking to allow anyone to speak. Her phone conversations were not conversations or beginning with care, they were lectures and alarminly irrational. One very odd remark was when I first called and asked if they were accepting new patients, she responded by cutting me off, and with a voice of irritation she corrected me by saying they do no "accept" new patients, she will need to review my childs records to see if he will be "accepted". After the third phone call by her, I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was just as rude, he never allowed me to finish speaking, so he never heard my concerns, in fact kept talking about a sports physical, which had nothing to do with my child or what I was trying to say, also interrupting with "well, you called me!", and I did not--very odd interaction and just as confusing as it sounds. An extreme lack of problem solving skills or customer service or kindness. A lot can be said here about speaking with kindness and just common decency. If this was a taste of how they treate new patients, we were not going to stay. If Dr. Michelle or any other supervisors will like to discuss, please get in touch. Thank you

If I could give no stars that would be better. I called this place because my child was very sick. They told me they dont do second opinions. Well first it would have been a first opinion since he had not seen any doctor at that point. That I needed to go to urgent care. What kind of place turns away a sick child. Second the women on the phone proceed to tell me that if I wanted to see the doctor I needed to transfer my child records to them. That if I wanted to see Dr. Page it would have to be a permanent transfer. Like what! Who says that to a parent with a sick child. I will NEVER go here. For the fact that they would not see a child because they dont go there.

Dr. Page is amazing. We are new to the area and were worried we wouldnt find someone we loved as much as our last pediatrician. But we did! (After going to another place we didnt like). To begin with the staff and nurses are so nice and amazing. The facility is really clean and there is a separate waiting room for sick children. (A must have in my opinion!) Dr. Page is really caring and talks to you about everything going on in your childs life. She even played a game with my 1.5 year old to calm her down so the exam went smoothly! We were also seen right away for my daughters appointment. Who wants to wait an hour for a check up? Not me :)

Dr. Page was the on call doctor when my daughter was born in 2005. She has been an amazing pediatrician, she and her team are always helpful, kind, patient, and understanding.
