I have been using this practice thru several physicians for over 6 years. I have never had anything but great service from everyone...front office staff, xray, lab and especially the physicians. I think Dr. Chester Messick is one of the best primary care providers that I have had thru West Florida Primary Care. He is knowledgeable about the health topics and does not talk down to his patients. He also teaches his patients about their ailments and optional treatments. He has always been willing to take the time to make me fully understand my health condition. I always feel comforted knowing that if I need to get into see them, I can within a reasonable time.

My wife and I have been using the WF Medical Group Pace for over two years. They are now our primary medical service and our Family Physician. When obtaining emergency treatment for illness or attending routine physical check-ups, they provide the highest level of service. They take the worry out of routine lab work, prescription maintenance, and follow-up appointments. I feel confident that the medical well-being of my family comes first with the entire staff.

I normally deal with the VA and have had a hard time with them. I finally decided to take my health issues out of the VAs hands and came here to Dr. Messick. I couldnt have been more pleased; he did more for me in one visit than the VA did in six months. If you are dealing with the VA and have health insurance, STOP! Im not saying you have to come here, just get away from the VA. But if you dont know where to start after the VA, this is a great place to do that.

The office staff from the front desk, medical assistant and lab staff are friendly, polite and all in this practice are respectful of my time and I appreciate all of the above.
