This health care facility is by far the best in Northwest Florida. Dr. Ham, His nurse, and the entire front staff truly care about the patients. I am 63 years old and Dr. Ham is the best doctor I have ever had in all my years bar none. He is very thorough and always concerned with me as if I were his only patient. There is nothing I cant talk to him about. His not only my doctor but has become a close dear friend. I dont think that I can write a review as good as the people at West Florida Medical Group Nine Mile Road rightfully deserve. What a blessing this place is for the people of Northwest Florida. God bless all of you at West Florida Medical Group Nine Mile Road. In fact if I had not gone to Dr. Ham for a second opinion I would not be alive today. My doctor before Dr. Ham had missed diagnosis me and I knew I was in danger of dying. So I picked Dr. Ham from searching for several weeks throughout the Pensacola and Milton area. I plan on Dr. Ham being my doctor for the rest of my life.

A few years ago I was in need of a primary doctor. I hadnt had one in many years. I started having a few health issues. I asked family and friends for suggestions. I also Google and researched Drs in our area,read their profiles and remarks from patients. The first thing I knew I wanted was a female and I love WFH. After carefully weeding out many, I decided to call Dr Serda Hawthornes office at West Florida Medical Group. Best decision ever. Dr Hawthorne in my opinion is amazing. She takes time with you, listens to your concerns and explains in a way that you understand. She also takes time with you at a personal level which I feel is so important. The staff at the front desk and in the back are very friendly and so very helpful.

I have now lived here for almost a year. I was so happy to have found Dr von Troil. I love her and her facility on 9 Mile. It is a one-stop office. You can see your Dr, get your labs and your Xrays or MRI there, without having to go somewhere else. I never wait more than 30 minutes to see the Dr. I was offered the same day appointment for when I called due to being sick. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr von Troil to anyone. She works with you to give you the best care possible.

Our experience with Dr. Phillip Ham has been excellent. My mother, my husband, and I see him and we could not be more pleased with the level of care and concern provided by Dr. Ham. He takes the time to listen and work through our concerns. He also takes time to make you feel like a person instead of rushing you out to get to the next patient. This practice is easy to work with and most services can be performed on site. I was a patient of Dr. Tillery previously and when I found that she had returned to private practice, I changed physicians in order to have her as my doctor. I feel that I get excellent care from this group. As a retired RN I am probably more particular about my medical care than most patients.

Dr. Tillery took care of my problem (an injury from almost a week before that had been treated elsewhere ands had become infected). She removed stitches from the wound, dressed and recommended treatment. She was patient, taking her time, and, as always, did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased with my first visit. The Dr. and Nurse were very helpful and showed concern to keep my health as a primary concern. So far they have gone the extra mile to obtain medications for me that my previous Dr was unable or unwilling to do. I strongly urged my Wife to change her primary Dr. to West Florida.
