Staff was very rude when questioned about my bill. I paid around $700.00 for work on my 2 children, which is what they said it would cost me. When I received a bill for another $60.00 I call and questioned it. I was told it was something with the insurance so I didnt think much more about it. I received a bill for $80.00 with a threat to turn me into a collection agency. When I spoke to them again they said the first $700.00 was what they thought it would be after my insurance so I owed them. I said I will pay the $60.00 but disputed the $20.00 for "rebiiiling". I had until a certain day to pay it before it was to be turned into collections but when I went there 3 days before it was supposed to be turned in they refused my money. They said it had already been turned in to the collection agency. I had to make 3 trips up to their office to get it paid and cleared off my credit. Ridiculous!!! Dentist Barrett is awesome though. Just needs to rethink the staff.

I have worked for Dr. Barrett for almost a year and a half and I honestly love to come to work everyday! He is great with all our patients- young, old, and in-between. Dr. Barrett always tries to strike up a conversation with patients and get to know something about him or her. The whole staff is very friendly and always makes patients their priority. We try our best to put any fears a patient may have to rest quickly so they will enjoy coming to our office. Our hygienists and assistants are experienced and love their jobs. Rebecca, our Office Manager, is knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain insurance or payment questions someone may have.

I have been to a LOT of dentists in my life. Everyone here is amazing. They really care about their patients. Dr Barrett is the absolute best shot giver in the business. I dont even dread my appointments anymore. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Our whole family goes to Dr. Barrett and staff. Our experience is always good. The staff is very kind and attentive. Our three kids look forward to going to the dentist. We left another practice to come see him and do not regret it.

Im a little partial because Dr. Barretts my son, but hes a great dentist. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, however it is a pleasant experience when Im at his office. They take good care of me!

Dr. Barrett and his entire staff are always so friendly and eager to please. My entire family uses him and we have never had any issues. He definitely goes above and beyond for his patients.
