So let me start this off with a positive. They are a very kid friendly place. Perhaps the most kid friendly in Tullahoma. And one of the nicer offices in Tullahoma. It wasnt a run down house in a alley. They have some high quality equipment and quick process. They provided my child a great experience. I was able to go with my child to the to appointment. However, there is a downside. They ARE NEVER OPEN. I stopped in 3 times between Monday-Friday between 8:00-4:00 to pay a bill. Not a single time during my 3 stops were they open. Ive tried to call mid-Friday afternoon in the Tullahoma office and get a rude lady that says were closed and hangs up. Work is expensive. Yes, in general dental work is expensive. Even after insurance I still had a bill of hundreds of dollars. Only to have a cavity they worked on still be there at a follow up appointment 3 months later. They just schedule you a follow-up. I only found out about a 6 month appointment after I logged into their system. I didnt get an email, phone call, letter in the mail, or any other indicator that I had an upcoming appointment. Since they dont schedule out 6 months, they picked the time for me. Which clearly doesnt work so I am forced to pull my child out of school or wait an extra 1-2 months for a reschedule appointment. This disadvantage could have been avoided if they would have simply asked me what date and time works for my schedule.

They are never open and their after hours answering service has failed to have them contact me during business hours as they said they would. My daughter lost her first cap on the front of her teeth in October. And I called 3 times that week and numerous times afterward. And then after Christmas her other front tooth cap fell off. Have called more than 7 times and left messages with their answering service just to not be contacted again. They filed her teeth so far down that it was barely sticking out of her gum and it was black and looks horrible. Wonder why it fell off? Nothing to hold the cap on . We have a list of other dentists from our insurance people after me calling and explaining to them our situation. Would not recommend Wild about Smiles to anyone.

WORST DENTIST EVER! Very slow & rude Appointment was for 8:20 to get fillings. Arrived at 8:10. They said they were going to give a sedative and then in 1 hour would take my child back. They gave the sedative at 9:30 and took my child back at 10:00. We didnt leave until 12:00. They were very slow with us, others were in and out in no time. Plus they gave no communication as to what would be happening. Nearly 4 hours at the dentist is ridiculous. Whats the point of even having an early appointment?

WOW!! I was referred to this office by my general dentist. My child was 6 and had some aweful dental experiances at multiple locations. The staff welcomed me and my family with care and committment. The office was amazing and designed just for kids. The Drs were WONDERFUL, and truly understood my sons needs. The quality of care was remarkable and something I was very surprised to find in Tullahoma TN!!

When my child has a cavity, it should not take 6 months to get an appointment to have that cavity filled. I understand they may not be open every day or only certain hours, but I feel as if a "filling" should be top priority and treated as such.

This place is FANTASTIC!!!! My 4 children love going to the dentist at Wild About Smiles. The staff and dentists are all so friendly and are great with children. I am so excited to see such high quality dentistry offered in our small town.
