Not recommended! I wanted to have a supplier closer to home so I changed to this place. I filled out paperwork to have my records sent from my previous supplier and they never got back to me. When I called I was almost always put on hold (ignore) so long that I just hung up. They did not return phone calls. They told me what I needed in terms of paperwork and Rx and I got exactly what they said they needed. When I took this in they said the sleep study was not signed and they couldnt provide the equipment. When I told the woman that I found their office to be difficult to communicate with, she handed me my paperwork and said I was welcome to return to my old supplier. I took the same paperwork they said was incomplete to another provider the next day and came home with a new cpap machine and mask. Cannot recommend at all.

Horrible experience this facility kept my sons prescription and insurance card a week. With me thinking they was filing my insurance was told it took about a week to get the approval. I had to call back a week later and they had done nothing. Service was horrible. When complaining the told me to come pick up my prescription. Sounds to me like they. Dont like filing insurance. They have their picks and choices.

A great staff who really cares about their patients. These folks were my suppliers for four + years and the only reason I stopped using them was I needed a company closer to home. Go and see them if youre in Wetumpka -- they are awesome.
