Since new management took over the company, the service has gone down hill. Placed an order 14 days ago and still have not received the supplies. Called Premier to find the order status, only to be told that a order was never put in. Prior to this call, I had placed another call to them with no answer. I left a message, but never received a return call. Time to find a new medical equipment provider.

I would never recommend this business. I purchased CPAP equipment and wish I had went elsewhere. Phone calls are not returned as promised. Ordering and receiving supplies is a problem. I paid for initial supplies when I received them and got a bill at year-end for additional fees. I get unwanted reminders to order supplies by a computer generated message on my cell phone.

Terrible service! Slow in getting supplies to customer. Do not return phone calls timely. People show up at your house with no notice and send nasty text messages to your phone. After over 6 months of dealing with these people, I returned my machine and will go to someone else! BEWARE!
