I have worked as a caregiver for Adaptive for almost 4 years now. I couldnt ask for a better job. I have absolutely loved watching the company grow, always improving along the way. We provide the best nursing care and companionship you could ask for a loved one. As an employee, the benefits are endless. They provide top notch health insurance benefits, competitive pay, 401k, paid time off, and a perks and discount program. You can earn rewards based on your performance. Ive received a lot of cool and useful gifts, whether it be for a holiday gift or annual evaluation. They even give employees the opportunity to participate in community events or fundraisers for things such as cancer awareness, heart health, etc. As I said before, I couldnt ask for a better place of employment. I know that Adaptive truly cares for their employees and clients and at the end of the day I feel blessed to make a difference in my clients lives. I encourage you to tell your friends and family about Adaptive whether theyre looking for a better career choice or home care for their loved ones.

I love seeing the smiles that I put on my clients faces and I love seeing their happiness show..The clients are all very kind and understanding, as are the workers,and I just absolutely love the fact that not only do I make people smile but I also get to make friends with them and their families. If anyone is looking for a HHA job Adaptive is the place to apply to. Adaptive is a great place to work for. They have caring and helpful ladies who take care of their clients and staff. I love working for Adaptive. This is my first time working as a HHA care giver. Adaptive gave me a chance without experience. They also, made it possible for me to earn my HHA license within the first 2 months. Adaptive has their pros and cons but overall they are a great company to work for. They have flexibility hours. They make it possible for me to work 40 hours a week and to still go home to my family at night. Thanks Adaptive for all you make possible.
