Elder care for mom has been quite the journey with some stops along the way being very good and some less favorable. Brookdale Gallatin is by far the best place we have experienced! The size of the community, the maintenance of the facility, the attention and care from the staff and the onsite and offsite activities to engage the residents all contribute to make this a top notch amenity. There is a wonderful family atmosphere here, along with excellent dining and a staff that thoughtfully interacts with the residents as well as the family. Every team member is very approachable and eager to listen and respond. Their attention to detail and professionalism is evident in the way they perform their duties, all with a level of enthusiasm and thoughtfulness rarely found elsewhere. Besides being a good value, this is a valuable place for mom to be as she appears to be going back in time to a level of physical energy and mental awareness we thought long gone. We have been blessed by mom being here, both in the level of care she receives and in the peace of mind it brings her family.

My husband and I toured this community and we were pleasantly surprised! It is located right down the street from our home. The staff was friendly and the residents looked very happy. We are definitely considering this place for his parents with in the next few months.
