The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with! They provided "in home" healthcare for my mother. Two, two hour shifts were paid for through the Area Agency on Aging and the rest of the shifts were out of pocket. Their first date of service was October 13, 2014. Their final day was January 12, 2015. Between those dates they had 11 no-shows. There is no accountability in place and Interim doesnt know if their employees are at the site or not. One of the no-shows my mother, 77, quad bypass a year ago with Parkinsons called me at 1:00am from the floor [removed]. On several occasions I have asked to have Margaret Beck, owner, return my call and she did not. In fact the afternoon after my mother was on the floor I received a text message from Margarets phone, it read: "Sir...please check your contact number for the agency or service that cares for your mother...this is a personal one...I hope she is ok...and that you straighten out the folks not doing their job... :)". I asked Margaret about the text message and she told me that she did not send it (yet it came from her phone number). If you care about a loved one and respect their wishes to stay at home instead of going into assisted living, Interim Healthcare of West Michigan is NOT the company for you. I would like to add that Interim canceled our services with the Area Agency on Aging with a two week notice, but never notified us that they were through with the out of pocket services . That would be five more two hour shifts per week. Which leaves us high and dry until we hire a reliable company. Never, ever use Interim!!

I had went through the process of interviewing, they called my references and said they all had excellent things to say about me which proceeded me to the orientation. The day of my orientation they had told me they no longer had a demand for cnas. So I would he put on the backburner for the next available cna position and I was completely fine with that. I call today and request my copy of my TB reading and she says that it was shredded. I asked why when I was placed as backup? She told me there was no need to raise my voice when I simply was not. All I requested was to know why she put me through that entire process if she wasnt going to hire me and in the background I hear her say "theres a colored woman on the phone raising her voice." And another voice stating to "hang up." I thought this was going to be an awesome company to work for, I loved it all up until today. I am very disappointed with the out come.

Its not the company, its those handful of aids that are bad and blame the company! They blame the company so much, that I figured out their lying, its them not knowing what to do, the company does not know if their good or bad unless you tell them, and they wont send them back either, too many complaints, they fire them. The top people in the Company will bust their butt to please you, so please dont blame the company, for a few horrible aids, all Healthcare companies got some good, and bad aids, believe me, I know, been thru most companies, but steady with Interim going on 3 years, and the ONLY reason I gave them 4 stars, is them few bad aids, I have two super good ones, Interim knows I like them, and move the earth to make sure I keep them, thank you, Interim!

I am pleased with my current position at Interim. The scheduling and payroll departments have been more than accommodating, and always friendly. As a full time student pursuing continuing education, I love the convenience and flexibility of choosing my own hours. The only downside I see is waiting a full year for insurance benefits. I look forward to future encounters in various work settings. This change has been a positive experience for me. Thank you to all the hard working staff and support at Interim.

Im grateful to be employed at Interim Health Care, for several reasons; the staff, schedulers, and management are professional, polite, courteous, understanding and very kind. Ive been approached by other Health Care services but wouldnt want to sever the great relationship I have at Interim as well as with my clients, for the above reasons. I consider it a pleasure and privilege to work at Interim.

Most unreliable company Ive ever dealt with. Staff would be scheduled and then never show up without even having the common courtesy to call and let someone know. When their scheduler would be informed they would become unprofessional and very rude......dont use this company to staff any of your units
