Amazing experience! I had a few home health nurses and they were responsive, kind, and truly cared about my health. They provided me with tips on how to heal faster and if I needed a nurse for a day I wasnt scheduled, the office was incredibly accommodating and I usually had someone at my house in a couple of hours. They always called ahead of time to let you know they are coming, they helped me with ordering wound care products, and taught my boyfriend how to dress the wound for when I was discharged. They also helped me with my insurance information and let me know exactly what I could get before I would be charged. Shout out to Rhonda and Kristin for being AMAZING nurses. Im incredibly happy with my experience and would happily use their services again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Customer service and meeting the needs of patients is something Community Home Health does not understand. The staff is rude, combative and they do nothing to assist you when issues arise. Community Home Health needs to understand without your customers/patients they would not be employed. There is an old expression, "The customer is always right", they clearly have no concept of what that means. Part of the mission statement for Community is, "We put our patients first". Really? I find this hard to believe based upon my experience with Community Home Health I will never use this business again.

Poor Customer Service! Their customer service department is very unprofessional and rude! As a matter of fact, Ive resorted to ordering my supplies from Amazon just to keep from dealing with them at all.

My experiences range from good to awful. Sometimes they can be helpful, but when my insurance claim was denied they never even bothered to let me know. Phone order staff seem to be very sloppily trained.
