I ams so glad I found healing hearts pediatrics when i was pregnant with my youngest who is now 18 months. They are wonderful and so friendly. Dr. Oliden is the best. She has been my kids doctor since the firat time we met at the hospital the day after my 18 mo old was born. She takes the time to listen to all my many questions and is so kid friendly. She doesnt treat you like a number but as a patient. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint i have is that i have had to leave a mesaage at the nurse line and have not received a call back as stated in the recording. That being said I think theybhave made some changes that have improved their service greatly. I highly recomend this office if your looking for one that can get you intonthe office usually the same day and actually cares about your child and their needs.

I have been a patient for many years and have been happy until they have made some recent changes. The front office staff is not helpful. They tell you one thing over the phone and then when you show up it is a completely different story. It is likely that I will be looking for a new office. I really liked them and was happy with my doctor but she has unfortunately left. I was willing to give the office a chance even after she left but quite frankly am not willing to tolerate the office staff in order to meet with the doctors.

Warm and friendly staff and pediatricians here! The doctors are all very informative and gentle with your little ones. There are multiple locations so its easy to get a same day appointment and they even have Saturday appointments available for busy families. We have really enjoyed our experiences at Healing Hearts and we really feel like they truly care about the health & well being of your children and are there to help guide you to raise healthy kids.

Unethical billing practice and unwilling to work with you. They charged me for a service I did not receive and they refuse to do anything about it. After I explained my situation, their billing person told me "I understand your frustration, but the person who made the mistake no longer works here so we have no way to verify it. we have to rely on what says in our papers." Their lack of customer service is unbelievable!

My son has been seeing Dr. Wilcock at Healing Hearts since the day he was born, just over 5 years ago. I love how well everyone treats him and how they take the time to listen. I am very hard to please, but Healing Hearts wows me. I highly recommend them and especially Dr. Wilcock.
