Desde que mi hijo nació lo he llevado a sus chekeos a la misma clínica y siempre me gusto la forma en que atendían y checaban a mi niño hasta el día de hoy que la atención por parte del doctor fue de lo PEOR estoy muy consternada con el trato hacia mi hijo y hacia mi misma como madre del niño... El doctor un señor ya anciano que a primera vista demostró no impórtale en lo absoluto el bienestar del niño ya que ni siquiera lo checo y no quizo atender a las preguntas que como cualquier padre de familia le interesa saber sobre la salud de sus hijos. De antemano dijo que si queríamos saber sobre los cambios en un niño en adolescencia teníamos que hacer otra cita para que al niño se le hiciera un examen físico completo pero que de antemano nos decía que acches no cubría eso como en una forma discriminatoria y aunque le aclare que mi hijo no tenía acches sino una aseguranza privada y que aunque mi hijo tuviera aseguranza privada eso no le daba derecho a discriminar a los niños que llevan cobertura acches ya que el sea cual sea la seguranza de cualquier niño el como sea cobra.

I highly dont recommend this pediatrician office for the following reasons; -No A/C in the waiting room & the space is limited. Couple of the parents waited outside with their children. -Staff isnt well prepared for the job, in my final visit HKP forgot to record down in my daughters immunization record card of her shots provided for her visit for her 2 month check up. -Their is poor communication between the pediatricians, assisants, & the parents. The receptionist scheduled me with the wrong pediatrician 2x. Did experienced 2x cancelled appointment from the pediatrician. Unfortunately the HKP were unable to clarify several of my questions. -Timing is very inconvenience. Expect a drastic delay to be transferred from the waiting room to one of the few rooms available to be seen by the pediatrician. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment & waited and hour to be called. Once called the pediatrician had me waiting an hour to be attended. Onces attended there was very little interaction done of his part. A very rushed manner. Therefore, I decided to look for a more professional pediatrician (& office). -I regret taking my child to HKP from the start.

This place is absolutely awful! Do NOT GO HERE. For starters the waiting room is gross, no toys, no magazines nothing. Then the Dr. cant speak english, he always looks like he is messed up on pain killers, & he gave my daughter the same immunization twice. The lady SANDRA on the phone is a complete jerk, you can tell she hates her life because she takes it out on everyone else. They offer no help & always seem like your bothering them. It is ridiculous. I switched to wee care pediatrics on country club & they are awesome. They are open late to match my schedule and they are super cheerful on the phone (which i love). Do not go to happy kids pediatrics.. they are trash and do not care about your kids or you.. & they never remember people.. ughh so annoying cant believe i ever took my girls here.

The desk staff was really nice and helpful, and I didnt feel at all like they took their time helping me. The nurse practitioner, and doctor were also nice. I did not have any problem with communication with anyone here. Yes, the waiting room is sparse but REALLY, do you go there for your kids to play or are you there for your child(ren)s health? Just bring a small thing to entertain them. (Kids need to learn they occasionally have to be places theyre going to be bored at, we adults have to deal with it.)

the girls are wounderful with my kids i love this office . by the way mrs. superstition you get treat the way you treat the staff if your polite to the staff theyll be polite with you..... try being a lil nicer to the girls theyre wonderful. n even if theyre younge i bet theyre way smarter then you. you probably do not have any education so try getting educated on your manners...... for the girls at happy kids good for you young and educated thank you for being wounderful with my kids :)

I had a HORRIBLE experience when I went in! My sons appointment was at 245PM . We kept waiting and did not get out until around 5PM. The doctor did not even look like a doctor nor was he professional. The nurse came in and told us that they were going to give my son a hepatitus A shot and nothing was ever mentioned and they never even asked me. I declined it because he came in with a cold. I am still beside myself. This was my FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS FACILITY!

The place was alright, not somewhere I would take my kids again. Or recommend anyone to take their kids. Their is no A/C in the waiting room or some of the rooms. The staff is very friendly on the exception the manager, the older lady. You can hear her yelling at the staff in front of people, not very professional. Anyways, would not go there again, unless their is new management, or at least A/C.

would not really recommend the doctors at this office, I went there only 2 times, but absolutely would recommend people go to the Happy Kids office on Power Rd Doctor Barone is absolutely the best Pediatrician I have ever known and I used to be an intensive care nursery nurse in Washington DC at DC Childrens Hospital and Johns Hopkins. I wont go anywhere else after meeting this man last month.

Horrible. I was suppose to be seen at 1. The doctor didnt show up until 2. While I was waiting, 3 different assistants came in telling me 3 different stories as to why the doctor wasnt there. Then when I got to the pharmacy to where they were suppose to send the prescription, the pharmacist said there was nothing to pick up because they never sent it. This is NOT the first time this happens.

Happy kids pediatric on main st is the worst of the worst if it wasnt because of my kids allergies I wouldnt even come here any more I had my doctors appointment at 2:30pm and they didnt bring me in until 3:47 whats the point of making appointments if they take an eternity very angry

Always different doctor and they never seem to know what is going on. First visit girl skipped my name because she couldnt find name on computer so instead of asking she crossed of name and skipped me.

I loved the treatment the doctors and nurses gave us, except for the receptionist Elvira. She was very rude with me and everyone. She doesnt greet anyone and is terrible at her job.

Half Decapitated

Very disorganized. They made my 4 y/o get blood drawn twice because the Dr. did not write the correct order. Not a "happy kid", not a happy Dad!

Over an hour wait for just a normal checkup. Showed up 15 early just to wait 45 minutes. Then 10 waiting for the doctor who spent 5
