I absolutely seethe when I have to go to this place but being that it is so close to our home and have later hours, I find myself a handful of times in the past few years having to go here. The waiting room is full of germy, sick kids which may be helpful to have a "sick waiting area" and "healthy waiting area" like our pediatricians office. The doctors are terribly rude and pushy, just like a turnstyle get in and get out. The older female doctor refused to listen to what we had to say thinking our child had thrush and she told us she just has "geographical tongue" which I can assure you we looked up and is in no way the same thing. We demanded a tongue scrape and test and voila! There was yeast on her tongue, which is more than likely a thrush situation. The billing lady is an idiot, she sent our last bill to our old address claimed to leave a message on my cell phone but didnt bother to leave one on the alternate number listed and just sent the bill to collections. I called back and left a message, which no call back (surprise surprise) to get an itemized statement since I didnt get one at our old address, she couldnt help us. The place sucks - good luck!

I have been using allkids as our go to urgent care since it was cornerstone and never had an issue until tonight. The doctor was polite, our visit with her was less than five minutes but she was knowledgable and prescribed antibiotics as his step test was positive but the room he was put in was not clean. The floors were very dirty and looked like they hadnt been swept in several weeks and who knows when they were mopped last and the front of the table where the kid friendly designs are was covered in blue sticky stuff (most likely from a previous patient spilling their otter pop). Considering most patients brought in are sick I was very put off by the lack of sanitation and most likely will find another urgent care for my son. Bums me out because I always recommended cornerstone/allkids and now I dont want to return.

Took my daughter to an urgent care closer to our home and they diagnosed her and sent us on our way after two hours waiting... Went to Cornerstone after her still not improving with her health and were seen within 10 minutes. Girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the nurse aid that we saw was a young man and he was very nice to our daughter while he helped us, the pediatrician did have an accent which was a little difficult to understand but she was very good with our daughter as well. Daughter was feeling better shortly after leaving the office. No extra charges for the blood work they did or the shot they gave her for her illness. Highly recommend. Great experience.

Have been using this urgent care 10 years since it was Cornerstone peds which had later hours and consistant Drs. Waits are usually short, the decor is nice. Its my go to facility. They have diagnosed fractures wrist with digital xray, stapled my 4 year old head, diagnosed n treated strep and ear infections. The Drs usually take the time to explain illness treatment well. Never the same Dr since there now Allkids. The front staff is not Overly friendly but courgal. But the Allkids office manager and billing staff are pretty exceptional and courtious. Only bummer is they close at 10 instead of 12 now so i have to drive to Goodnight Peds if i cant get in on time, late night ear aches.

I had to take my little girl here not long ago for a bad infection after her pediatricians office hours. They were extremely respectful of her and her privacy and offered other options to get a sample from her when she couldnt do it on her own. They didnt rush her, instead giving us two hours to give her popsicles and water to encourage her. After being so patient and courteous with us, they got the results from the test quickly and had us with a prescription for antibiotics shortly after. They were professional and compassionate, something I dont always get from my normal doctor office! Ive recommended them to others since then because our experience was so positive.

My son had suffered from a chronic cough from Friday night through all afternoon Saturday. We took him to an innocuous looking clinic "kiosk" where we were told there was nothing they could do for him, but that he had a bad cough; which of course we kinda already knew. They charged us fifteen bucks to tell us to take him a pediatric urgent care center. We choose this one since it was closer, and couldnt be happier with our decision. We were in the office for about ten minutes before they started and less than thirty minutes later, after a fantastic staff with excellent attitudes for dealing with children, we were on our way out the door, treatment in hand.

Hated this urgent care my child has a 102 fever and just because strep test was negative they would not write anything for antibiotics. I paid 125.00 for cash pay patient and then they wanted to send a throat culture to the lab which would cost me more money. As a single mom with no help from my sons father I was very upset that they would not at least give my son something in case his fever lasted more then 3 days. I have worked as a medical assistant for 7 years in pediatrics, urgent care and now in family practice. So I know how this all works. please do not take your child here the "doctor" was very unprofessional and rude.

My kids have been seen here quite a few times. Never really had an issue until they got a new provider. Last week I took my daughter in for a diaper rash and because she was loosing her voice. They said she had swollen tonsils and a staff infection. 6 days later with no change in took her to another facility, dignity. Turns out it was fungal infection, and pneumonia. Great job on diagnosing! My 11 month old daughter sat with pneumonia for days because of your ignorance. Never will I go there again, and Im filing a complaint. If you can make that big of a mistake on a child, there is NO WAY you should have a license to treat.

Took my 1.5 year old son for stomach flu symptoms as required by his daycare (there was a virus being passed around) and received absolutely sub par service. The staff were rude, the rooms dirty, the doctor inept. In addition to misdiagnosing his issue and providing no real benefit other than a paper slip to prove to Daycare that he was seen, the doctor proceeded to yell at us for bringing him in! All for $200 as my insurance didnt cover urgent care. I have since found exceptional service at Health First Urgent Care at a fraction of the cost where they actually have compassion and medical prowess to offer their clients.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Not only did they misdiagnose my 4 year old, they gave me instructions for my 4 month old that would harm him. My niece was taken there and was also misdiagnosed and sent home. The next day she was taken to the ER where we learned she had pneumonia. They do not do thorough examinations, they just want you in and out, after they take your money of course. I will definitely not be going back to this place and I highly recommend that no one else brings their children here.
