if youre looking for a really good doctor. this one to start off is NOT THE ONE! slowly Ive been super disappointed with their care. my son has been constipated for about 2 months now, I took him to the ER, URGENT CARE AND THIS OFFICE BECAUSE OF HIS CONDITION. LAST APPOINTMENT HE HAD WAS 4 WEEKS AGO. THEY SEND ME TO GET SOME X RAYS DONE FOR HIM AND TOLD ME WITHIN A 1 WEEK THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CALL TO SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN FURTHER ON. I CALLED TODAY 9/2/2016 AND TOLD ME THEY HAD THE RESULTS SINCE 8/12/2016. (ALMOST ! MONTH ALREADY ) IN THEIR SYSTEM IT SAID DOCTOR HAD GAVE US A CALL AND HE "SAID MY SON WOULD NEED TREATMENT AND THERAPY" THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!! I HAD BEEN WAITING WEEKS FOR THE CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING! im so mad!! im going to the appointment he has there today. just because i need to see what therapy he needs. but after this appointment im no longer going there!! (medical assistants are amazing) but docs are the worse!!!! s

It seems like they are always overbooking. I have waited over 1.5 hours before just to be called back to the room and then wait another half hour in there to be seen by the physicians assistant, not even the doctor. Ive been going there for six years now and its time to find a new practice. I have slowly been disappointed with the wait times and the staff but I, personally, will not go back.

Staff is friendly, but their booking lacks efficiency. My childrens appointment was at 3:45pm, so we arrived at 3:35pm. It is 4:48 and we are still in the back room waiting.
