Dr. Jones is probably one of the best Doctors out there but the clinic has turned into a bad joke. Is with such sorrow that after 11 years of following Dr. Jones I am ready to move on. I drove 1 hour today to get my daughter in and unfortunately Family Nurse Practitioner Jessica Ruiz is a parents/school nightmare. I brought up concerns about my daughters sensory needs and anxiety and this woman referred me to my childs school counselor. She didnt even bother to ask for timelines, history, previous treatments, basically nothing! Mind as well say I have no time for you go to someone else! I would have respected her honesty at that point. But my favorite quotes from today is "your daughter is in the lower 17 percentile but we dont worry until she gets to about 5". Honestly, no thank you! Update 6/1/17 so I took my daughter again and once again I was dismissed by the FNP Debbie. She asked me to call Mercy Maricopa and after 15 on hold, I was told it was only for patients with ACCS! No blood work or help provided. Needless to say this was my last time in that office. The only thing worth seeing there are the fishes so if you are going for something else save the trip.

Ive been bringing my kids to see Dr. Jones for 10 years now. They have always been so helpful and caring of my children. I tried to interview a lot of doctors before I had my first son, some doctors wouldnt even allow me to meet them prior. Dr Jones was more than happy and set time a side and answered all my questions and never rushed me. The office here really cares for each patient and truly makes you feel like family. I will never take my kids to another doctor so long as Dr Jones and his staff are around. The front office girls are fine, Ive never had a problem, in fact some of the girls have been there as long as Ive been going to him, I think that says something to. The only time Ive ever had to wait was when my son was ill and they were already over booked yet squeezed my son in anyways. Ive never had to worry about a same day appointment, in my opinion the Drs and staff here are amazing and deserve nothing less than 5 stars!

I have been visiting Ronald Jones Pediatrics for over 2 years and the doctors are nice, but they are seriously understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous—I have had to wait an average of 45 minutes to an hour since our first appointment. I can understand doctors being behind in their appointments every now and then, but this has been a constant issue with Ronald Jones Pediatrics since day one. Today we had an appointment and after waiting over an hour decided to call it quits. We no longer have the time to wait around for office appointments and do not want to give our business to an organization which has such little respect for their patients as to not inform them of the wait times upon arrival.

Unhappy with this office and this doctor. My grandson has gone here since birth. When my daughter tried to take him to see another pediatrician, the office staff kept giving her the run-around and refused to send medical records to the other pediatrician. The first excuse was that Dr. Jones had to sign off on it. Then it was because she had a $64 balance from the visit 2 weeks ago. I used to work in medical records, so I know what is legal and what isnt. This is unprofessional, unethical, illegal and poor business practice. Not only that, I believe the care that my grandson received was sub-par which is why my daughter wanted to take him to another doctor.

We moved to this neighborhood and our regular Pediatrician is in Phoenix next to Phoenix Childrens hospital. But for small visits I thought it would be nice to find a place close to home. I think the Doctors here are fantastic! I mean they are all very nice and professional with a great bedside manner and I feel they are very competent. BUT, THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE BECAUSE OF HOW AWFUL THE STAFF IS THERE! When will doctors learn that 1 ounce of customer service goes a long way and their front office staff interacts with every patient and their families so choose good people!

Dr. Jones was the first pediatrician to examine my daughter in the hospital. He has been the regular Dr. for her and her younger brother ever since. I cant say enough about how great he is. I know some people have complained about the office staff, but I have never had a problem, and seriously wait times is just part of going to the Dr. its like that everywhere, and we rarely wait a long time once were called back. Dr. Jones is the best even when we see the other Dr. there, if he sees me in the hallway he says hi and knows who I am and who my kids are; that is how you are supposed to be treated by your Dr.

The receptionist cut me off and asked me which insurance I had, and kept pushing to find out which specific type I had from my company, the next question out of her mouth was if I keep with the full immunization schedule. She refused to treat my daughter because she didnt have all the immunizations. I told her that Id be willing for my daughter to get them, but she said that "parents say that and then they dont end up doing it". I feel like its impossible for me to get immunizations if you dont see me in the first place to give my child immunizations.

Drs Jones & Jafri, and their staff, are all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. My 18-month-old sees Dr Jones, and the office has been able to schedule us right away with either doctor for emergencies. The lobby is clean and calm, with a kids movie playing on the tv (as well as in each exam room). There are fish and geckos throughout the office that my daughter loves looking at. A few of my friends also bring their kids to his office, and all of them rave about him as well. I dont think there is a better pediatric office anywhere in the Valley.

I have been with doctor jones for 12 years since my first child was born and absolutely love him! He always is kind, patient, and understanding. He makes sure that I as a parent understand everything and I have no questions. Many on here have complained about the staff. Over the course of 12 years I have had a few problems and when I have shared those problems with Dr. Jones he was very appreciative and attentive. I know of at least one incident where the staff member was let go because of things I shared with him.

I love Dr.Jafri !!! She is so nice and truly cares about childrens health.I give her 5 stars!! But I give a 4star rating overall because I hate that they never answer your call when your trying to make an appt.You practically ALWAYS have to leave a message in order for them to call you back...I just think thats the most annoying thing SERIOUSLY!!

I have been taking all my children to Dr. Joness practice for the past 5 years. I do not see any reason why I will ever change their doctor and if I had to I would be very sad. I love all the doctors and the N.P. I wouldnt change a thing! If you want a good, caring doctor for your child(ren), take them here!!!!
