you make "financial company policies" that over ride insurance policies, and now only make same day appointments. We have brought our children to your offices for ten years, before the Saratoga office even existed. We will never come back. You continually make "company policies" that are terrible. I told the lady we were moving on. She said "do you want to talk to Jason, hes an administrator" I said yes, that would be great" then she hung up on me. Your company has become only about making the dollar and rushing patients through. The care is sub-par. Its really embarrassing that we used to give you such a high recommendation to our family and friends, and now we turn to social media to insure everyone knows what alpine pediatrics has become. The children are the ones who pay the price of your "company policies". You could pull this crap with me, but dont make childrens health pay the price so you can make a couple bucks at the end of the day.

If I could give negative stars I would give at least 3. Mr Edwards was such a bully when lecturing me about not vaccinating my kids that it took him at least 40 minutes not even checking my daughter for the first half hour. If vaccines are such a miracle why do they have legal immunity? What would be the point of any quality control if theyre so safe? All responsibility is on parents for accepting the vaccines huh? And you still wanted to bully me into that multi billion dollar fiasco? Drs arent even taught what is in vaccines theyre just paid to blindly give the 69 shots of 16 diseases. The only study in 2010 looked at what happened to 1000 kids in 10 years but that was only with 13 vaccines not the 69 you wanted to bully into giving my baby you freak! Risk your own immunity and health if you go to this clinic. They force all vaccines and dont accept any patients that actually study side effects and care. Go anywhere else save yourself.

My wife and I have never been treated so poorly as we were here at this facility. Twice now we have been treated poorly by the doctors and staff here at Alpine Pediatrics. Two separate doctors were extremely rude to my wife and I. They tried to strong arm us into changing our beliefs and said if we didnt then our children were no longer welcome at their practice. I contacted another doctor in the same area and they thought it was ludicrous that the doctor would treat us this way and would refuse to allow our children admittance. I would not recommend this pediatrician to anyone and would warn anyone to stay away unless they want to follow them like a blind dog. I am sorely disappointed in the treatment we received and that hey would turn away a child like this. We are removing all of our children from this practice and will be moving them to a doctor that actually cares more about our children then their insane policies.

I had been taking my son to a different practice up until he was 2 years old. The doctor wasnt terrible by any means, but he didnt really try to talk to or connect with my son... Enter Dr Edwards!!! This guy is amazing! On top of knowing his stuff, he actually cares and gets down on my little guys level to talk with him and help him feel at ease. Going to the doctor - mainly because of vaccinations - was a little scary to my son, so its important to me that he feels like he is being heard and taken seriously (at least as much as a three year old can be) and we always leave happy! The ladies at the front desk are sweet, the nurses are patient and kind, and I couldnt ask for better experiences!

I LOVE Dr Gunther. She is amazing. Her clinical skills are impeccable. A couple years ago I brought in my sick kid for bronchiolitis. She asked a few questions and referred us to an allergist. Turns out our kid had a life threatening food allergy we were unaware of and could have died at any time. We now carry epipens everywhere we go. So glad she treated our kid and referred us before a tragedy occurred. Since then, we have seen her for sick and well child visits. She is always thorough and knowledgeable and does not hesitate to ask her colleagues if she needs additional insight. I highly recommend her.

Ive been lucky to always have great pediatricians, and Alpine Peds. continues to be great for my kids. My kids have seen a handful of the Dr.s and P.A.s there. Of those weve seen theyve all given my kids the time and attention Ive felt we deserve. They are conveniently located, only 10 minutes away. They are very flexible when a last minute appointment is needed. I must say I love the nurses that help me over the phone. Their service is so helpful and much appreciated. Overall Ive been extremely happy for the care and concern for my kids. Some of my favorites are Dr. Foster, Aaron P.A. and Kathy P.A.

LOVE! I take all 3 of my children to Dr. Edwards at Alpine Pediatrics in Saratoga Springs and i love it! They are 3, 2, and 6 months, old, and they arent scared of getting their shots, and they love all of the nurses and their Doctor. The office in Saratoga is newer, so Ive never had to wait to be seen, and if my kids are sick, they always let me bring them right away. Dr. Edwards is knowledgeable and friendly, and gives it to me straight. As a parent I appreciate that. Ive also never had any problems with their billing department, theyre just the overall perfect office for my children!

These guys are awesome. Weve had a few different pediatricians over the years and these guys are the best. From the Nurses, to the doctors, Dr. Foster especially, they are great. Ive never had a single compliant. When we arrive for our appointments we dont wait longer than a few brief moments. Theyve asked if we wanted to get the flu vaccine and we said no. They never said another thing about it. The Nurses are always great and super responsive with anything weve needed.

We just went here for the first time. I had procrastinated getting both my boys in to do their Sports Physicals for the golf team for AFHS. I needed to get in within a day or two and Jamie from this office was so helpful, understanding and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me schedule both appts the morning of tryouts. We got to see Dr. Sabey for the first time and he was awesome! LOVED THIS OFFICE and love Alpine Peds!!!

Alpine Peds have been my kids pediatricians for over three years now. I love all the doctors there but my favorite is Dr. Foster. He really takes the time to answer all my questions I never leave feeling rushed or like they dont care. I also appreciate the after hours clinic they offer my kids feel more at ease knowing their surroundings. Would recommend it LOVE ALPINE PEDS!

I love Alpine Pediatrics! I have been going there for 6 years and have had excellent experiences with all the doctors. My favorite is Dr. Pavich, he is always great with my kids and answers all my questions, especially with my childrens asthma. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and the nurses have always been really nice to my kids. Thanks for all you do.
