I went to Physio Therapy Associates four times. The first time when they told me the co-pay would be $75, I told them to cancel my appointments, that I would not be able to pay that much, but thanks anyway. They told me, "We can work something out." They then asked if $50 each visit would work, and I said that it would as long as it was just one time per week. This verbal agreement satisfied both of us, or so I thought. After 4 visits, I had no relief of any kind from my pain, so I decided to stop therapy. Thats when the bills for the difference in the "forgiven amount" started coming. Following that came the harassing phone calls about my responsibility in paying the difference. This company does not honor its verbal agreements. They do not "work something out" like they promise. I would steer clear of Physio Therapy Associates in Gilbert.

I was always hesitant to try physical therapy. I had surgery and ended up having to go. So glad I did. This office is amazing. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they make you feel like family. Each and every one of them take the time to ask you how youre feeling and get to know you. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

I love this place! Everyone here is so helpful and so pleasant. The office is very nice. And Brandon is so knowledgeable and personable. I went in with really bad lower back pain, and already after just 2 visits, I am noticing an immense difference. Thanks!
