A.J is Avery sincere therapist who listens to each individual patients problem. For the past 4-6 weeks I had been struggling with some peroneal tendinitis that had really limited my normal every day activities. I had been seeing some other PTs who had helped but my progress had plateaued and I was afraid I would have to get an MRI. AJ decided to try a different trematment that made all the difference. Since seeing him the one time I have very little pain and my tendinitis issues are really pretty much gone. Grateful for his willingness to help me and try and a different kind of treatment to aid me in my recovery.

I went to AJ with a old nagging ankle injury in which I could not get consistent relief. He preformed ASTYM to my ankle and I could immediately tell the difference in range of motion and pain after the first visit. After a few visits I no longer had pain and it has not returned. He did so well with my ankle pain that I asked him if he could do anything about TMJ dysfunction. He preformed dry needling and it dramatically decreased the pain and headaches that I was having. I would highly recommend AJ and will give him a call if anything else comes up.

I received great therapy from AJ Ludlow for piriformis syndrome that I had been dealing with. I happened to come across his business while on vacation with my family, and I had a marathon the following day. He was able to schedule me in right away. The dry needling he used helped me tremendously to finish the marathon the next day. I highly recommend his care for those seeking therapy. He also helped me with the necessary documents that I needed to get reimbursed from my health insurance. Thank you AJ.

AJ is an amazing therapist. I was treated for low back pain and when I left my pain was decreased. He used dry needling technique and at first I was apprehensive but, my back feel amazing after. I highly recommend dry needling. I also had a hip issue after having my last baby and he was able to realign my hip and as soon as I go off the table I almost had no pain. I look forward to my next visit. Ready for my back pain to be gone for good. Thanks AJ!

Dr. Ludlow is an extremely passionate therapist that truly engages with each patient to understand the derivative of the problem. Dr. Ludlow was able to dry needle and do some manipulations on my thoracic spine to help my mid back problems out. He also helped educate me on what I was doing wrong to create the problem so it would not occur again or as frequently. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for PT in the area.

What an amazing experience! I came in with the worst neck pain. I couldnt move! After the dry needling and laser I felt significantly better and the next day I woke up pain free. I realized at about 10:00 the next morning that I had forgotten about it even! I have recommended a few friends who have enjoyed the same results. I will be coming back and continue to highly recommend Stronglife to anyone!

I was very impressed with Dr. Ludlow. He knew where my problem was and laid out an exercise program for me for me to follow. I have been to other Physical Therapists in the past and he is best I have been to. I highly recommend him. His fee model is unique, where you can pay either cash, HSA debit card, or turn it into your own insurance.

Ive experienced joint pain and dysfunction for as long as I can remember. In a particularly bad flare up, I hobbled into the office hardly able to move and upon treatment left with significant increase in mobility and relief of tension and pain. As the day progressed so did my joint function and pain relief. I highly recommend AJ.
