I went to physiotherapy associates a few times last year after tearing my ACL. While everyone was polite in person, I have never had a lousier experience with billing in my life. I paid each time I went in-person at the time of service. Several months after I stopped going, I received a bill for a $25 copay. I called and asked about it, and they told me not to worry about it, there must have been a mistake on there end. Several months later, I continued to receive bills for this one time of service. I called and questioned them again and was told AGAIN not to worry about it, theyd take care of the billing mistake on their end. Then in December, they SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS over a $25 charge that (1) I already paid, and (2) they told me not to worry about!!! Hope, the woman in charge of their billing department, was utterly USELESS on the phone, telling me that since I didnt have proof of payment or a receipt (from a service that happened over a year ago, when she can see on the computer in front of her that I paid every other time at the time of service) she cant do anything. She also told me they get MANY complaints about their billing services and there is nothing she can do about it because their billing goes through corporate and she doesnt have an updated phone number... what?! To be honest, I only went here a few times because I found a MUCH better physical therapist at Leading Edge up in Castle Pines. Save yourself the headache- go to Leading Edge instead.

Outstanding! After SLAP tear, Tenodesis shoulder surgery earlier this year, this was my first experience having Physical Therapy. My doctor referred me to Select Physical Therapy on Woodlands Blvd in Castle Rock and I have nothing but good to say about Todd and the team. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, its a well run office and the office maintains a good vibe making it enjoyable to visit for treatment. PT by definition is not fun, but Todd was the consummate motivator that allowed me to get back to 100%. Good results require more than the treatment and advice you receive in the office, its what happens each day while at home or work that counts and without Todd and Johns ever-present coaching and motivation Im sure the outcome would have been very different. I saw some negative reviews on billing issues. All i can say is I had NO problems. The office staff worked with my insurance and made it easy (MUCH easier than all the other post surgery medical specialist billing..) and with no issues. I rarely write reviews, but am compelled to spotlight for others those who go above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

As a client who reads reviews before visiting any business, I must admit that I was skeptical when it came to visiting Physiotherapy Associates. Some of the reviews werent all that flattering, but my Dr. was convinced that the best place for me to go was PA in Castle Rock. He advised me that Todd was the best PT in the area and that I should give him a chance. Well, my Dr was 100% correct!! Todd has been a fantastic therapist for me by not only helping me work through my injury, but being a great coach and helping me understand my bodies physiology and the healing process. He is 100% accessible anytime and really makes me feel like I have someone there to support me in my injury recovery. The other reviewers have their opinions, but at the end of the day, we all do. Physiotherapy Associates is definitely more than just a place to get your PT done, its a place to feel at home with therapists that truly care about your best interest and make sure you know that. Thanks Todd and staff for all that you do!!!!!!

Wonderful atmosphere. Everyone there wants to help in your recovery. I have been to 2 of the therapists there and they are great at what they do. Will return again and again.
