The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They did a good job Cleaning my teeth. Also, I didnt have to wait in the waiting room long which is nice. I do like this place but I cannot give five stars because 1) Even though the dentist was very kind and smart, he didnt address how or when to fix my chief complaint nor did he seem to have very much time for me and 2) Both the assistant and hygienist (although very nice) did not know how to use the teeth charting program. And admitted that too. They made not just one, but many mistakes while doing my patient profile. Luckily I paid attention and was able to correct them on every one since they didnt even notice. Also, two X-rays had to be retaken which I am not okay with. They should check with the dentist first to see if the images needed to actually be retaken, or if what they missed could be seen in another image. Please train your staff how to chart, it worries me how many other patients charts are incorrect or messed up. And I wish the dentists acted like the patient was a little more important, I know they have many patients but still.

Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry is the best cosmetic family dentist in Glendale! The office staff was very friendly and accommodating when I came in for my initial bi-annual check up and teeth cleaning. To be honest I normally dread going to the dentist because the teeth cleaning process is usually quite painful. Dr. Steele made it a very pleasant experience for me. After examining my teeth and finding a few issues (as I was dreading) the dentist gave me a proper deep teeth cleaning and gave me his honest recommendations for the next steps. I had to schedule a few tooth fillings for some cavities I had accrued due to a few too many candy bars. The dentist recommended some great tools to help me keep my teeth clean and cavity free until my next check up. If youre looking for a great family dentist in the Arrowhead area in Glendale, make sure to give Dr. Steele a try! Him and his team are awesome and I highly recommend them.

I felt like Dr. Steele really didnt care about me. When I went in it was the morning of my first day of dental school. I told him and he just unenthusiastically said "thats cool", with no follow up questions or anything. He didnt seem real interested in me. I got a filling done and he put an expensive nightguard on my treatment plan, even though I already have a nightguard. He said this was a new type of nightguard that was better. Then they ended up doing x-rays that were not covered by my insurance, which created a hassle. I had to go in and talk to their secretary three times to get it sorted out. She was not at all punctual in calling me back when she said she would. Eventually they did just write the x-ray off (give it to me for free without billing insurance), which was nice. I cant say this office harmed me or did anything bad, I just felt like Dr. Steele was indifferent to me and the staff wasnt real impressive.

At first I was concern going to Dr. Steele, my old dentist moved and had sold his practice. I have had good and bad dental experiences in the past so I was very hesitate. When I learned many of the staff was the same I felt like I was still with my old dentist in many ways. Dr. Steele first visit was very comprehensive, and his equipment was state of the art. He was open about treatment options and did not try to oversell me on anything and answered all my questions. He never made me fell like he was in a rush to see another patient. When I had a dental emergency, I had a dental emergency and left a message on a Friday at 5:45, that night at almost 7pm the office called me back to make sure I was okay!!! I have been going to him for nearly 2 years now, and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful and truly cares, they even know my favorite chap stick. :-)

Dr. Steele and his staff are amazing! They create a welcoming atmosphere and clearly keep up on the latest technology and techniques. From walking in to a kind receptionist and refreshments to being interviewed by a knowledgable and caring nurse to being taken care of quickly and painlessly by Dr. Steele my entire experience was an A+ at Arrowhead! I was a very nervous dental patient (read- I cant handle shots and drills), but Dr. Steele was patient, gentle and efficient in his work. I didnt even feel the shot before he began and immediately felt at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind and caring dentist with just as lovely and compassionate of staff. If I had my family here I would recommend this office to my mom, but since she is so far away I will recommend them to you! All of that *and* they were on time! A+++

In 2015 I decided to switch to this office. I had a few teeth cleaning done and they continued to tell me every time that they got pre-approval from insurance company to get some additional work done for my tooth (teeth). They said I had problems with my teeth and it was going to cost me about $1000, so I decided to go get a 2nd opinion elsewhere in December 2015. I went to another experience dentist elsewhere and was told that my teeth are fine. In 2016 at the different dental office I got my teeth clean a few times, had 1 filling done and got a night guard and my teeth are perfectly fine up until today and no major / additional work for my tooth (teeth) has to be performed like they suggested . A night guard I got last year cost me about $100. I saved $$ by getting a 2nd opinion.

Lol not proud to say but Im pretty nervous when It comes to the dentist. One bad experience changed my life and I refused to go back to the dentist. But I am most happy to say that visiting here after getting the courage to finally see a dentist was the best place to go. Everyone was so nice and comforting .Receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful. My hygienists was awesome she was so informative and made me feel great about being there.. my dentist was awesome.. he came up with a game plan for my teeth and I cant wait to be back . You guys changed my outlook . Thank you!

Awesome! Went in to get sealant put on a tooth as thats what my dentist told me back home - turns out I had a cavity in one and needed sealant on another. So glad Dr. Steele used his laser technology to find out what was really going on or else I would eventually be getting a root canal! His dental assistant Caitlyn was great too, she explained every the procedures and answered any questions I had. I was in and out of there in less than 1 hour including wait time and a new treatment plan. I would recommend Dr. Steele and his team to anyone and everyone!

So I think we all can agree you want to find a good dentist and hygienist thats going to be rooting around in your mouth. After my first visit close to two years ago, I knew Dr. Steele and his staff were the ones. Wether a scheduled cleaning or, in my case a crown (one stop shop with their own crown machine) I could not be happier with the care. In addition they have the digital technology of X-Rays and pictures to give you instant view of potential issues. Need a new dentist? Call them for an appointment, you will not be disappointed.
