I would definitely recommend them 100%, especially if youre a person whos anxious about going to the dentist. This is one of the best medical experiences Ive had, let alone with an urgent care. I went on a Saturday and my regular dentist was unavailable and I was panicked by how much pain I was in from one of my wisdom teeth and was pretty sure it was infected. I was a walk-in, but I only had to wait for maybe 15 minutes when I was fully expecting to be there for a few hours. The staff was so nice and honest and upfront about everything, and they never tried to pressure me into doing anything I didnt want to do. I loved that they showed me the bill and went over exactly what insurance was covering and what I would pay for my various options. I originally thought I wanted to wait to extract the tooth with my regular dentist, and they didnt try to pressure me at all, and just gave me antibiotics and pain killers. However, I drove halfway home, and decided to go back and have the tooth removed. They were very respectful during the surgery and didnt try to rush the numbing - they made sure I couldnt feel anything before starting. They were also very nice and patient when I asked them to stop for a second because the sound of my tooth being pulled out freaked me out.

The staff was very friendly but Dr. Ellsworth was not helpful. I was in immense pain and not in any shape to make a decision to pull the infected molar or to try to spare it. The doctor did not listen to what I saying regarding current medications I take. I have infection that is starting to work its way into the bone. The doctor would not prescribe me anything for pain only amoxicillin for the infection. I am not able to take things like Tylenol or most NSAIDS with a current med I must take, I am pretty sure this guy was thinking I was drug seeker (Which I am not), and then told me to take Tylenol which I cant. All I got from this place was what was causing the pain. The main website stated come here in pain and you will leave comfortable which is a crock of BS. This place was a waste, I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with how I was treated by the doctor. He seemed like he was just out of school and didnt have any confidence whatsoever. I am supposed to go there Saturday for an extraction, I will get novicane probably but he said following up he also would NOT prescribe anything for me, not even to help for a day. I am guessing I will wait, I dont like this place. You come in pain you leave in pain. Go somewhere else.

OMG! I love this place! not going to lie i havent been to the dentist in a while because i was not only afraid but for some reason the dentist was not my best friend. But i reached out to Maria who is a long time friend since high school and she assured me that her office was nice and they would take great care of me. I obviously felt comfortable with her because we tight, but when i came in the entire office was absolutely great! Every single one of the staff there made me feel comfortable and that they were going to make sure everything was good and i was well taken care of. At first i thought i just had the homie hook up from my girl Maria, but the staff is genuinely great and happy to see you when you walk in! Not only that but while i was getting work done on my teeth they made sure to keep talking to me to let me know what exactly they were doing or what they were getting ready to do. Not only that but they frequently ask if everything is ok putting my comfort a high priority! I can honestly say that i feel very comfortable with them working on my dental now and in the future, plus my family! This place is GREAT! ON CALL DENTAL IS THE BEST!

I was very impressed with the staff and for getting me in ASAP, especially on a Saturday. I was dealing with severe tooth pain for days and every dentist was closed. When I found them, they were very helpful with getting me in after work. Needless to say I had to have a root canal & crown. Thinking I would have to wait days, they did it same day. Kudos to Monica; she is VERY prompt, precise, thorough, and just awesome! The woman at the front desk was beyond awesome as well. If anything ever happens like this, I know where to go if it is an emergency. And I will recommend them to anyone who needs dental care in an emergency. Thank you again for taking care of me same day and being so kind...also made me laugh!

Over the weekend I had a problem with a crown that was causing me pain. I called my regular dentist along with a few other places but couldnt be seen until Monday. I pulled up OnCall on Google, gave them a call, and was able to be seen right away. The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. I was seen right away and had the problem resolved without any problems. The dentist was very knowledgable and explained everything to me before any work was done. I am so grateful that I was able to be seen in such a short amount of time. If youre having any problems I highly recommend going to see them.

I came in with my family and we had such an awesome experience! I was greeted by the front office staff and they were SUPER friendly. They made my family and I feel very welcomed! Thank you Sabrina and Maria for the GREAT customer service! It didnt stop there. The assistants were able to calm me down since I was so nervous. They were very gentle and talk me through everything that was going on. Doctor came and was very genuine. My teeth are horrible and he didnt make me feel ashamed or uncomforable. ai reccomended anyone who needs a great caring dental office to visit OnCall Dental in Gelendale .

This place was just amazing! I have been having a lot of trouble with my teeth lately. I searched everywhere with the same results of thousands out of pocket and horrible costumer service. Then I stumbled upon this wonderful, friendly, family setting of a dental office. they worked with me on budget and still gave my quality service. I was treated as if I were there number one concern. there was a minimal wait but they made it comfortable! I really appreciate everything they are doing for me. I already have another appointment set up to get more things done.

Very highly recommend! This place not only has great people but they also care and genuinely want to help I was in an enormous amount of pain and by luck I was refer to On Call they got me in the same day but they also went above and beyond to make sure I was out of pain they called in my prescription to the pharmacy for me but also followed up the next day to ask if I was okay or even had an question or concerns. They have won me over I will be a regular patient of theirs from now on! Thank you On Call Dental keep up the great work!
