DO NOT GO HERE!!! All they do here is try and make as much money as possible , i went there because it was time to get my wisdom tooth removed. My mouth was pretty dirty so they did a good cleaning. I made sure to emphasize the pain i was in and they said that the pain would be addressed. Upon leaving i felt great they gave me a bunch of cool stuff and they told me to take my meds before the numbing wore off so that i wouldnt be in pain. the next day i woke up in extreme pain from my mouth again and take my "pain meds" that they prescribed me. All they did was give me IBUPROFEN !!!!!! for wisdom tooth pain !!!! they sold me a stupid electric tooth brush, a mouth rinse, and a tooth gel, all ourageously overpriced upon review,. They told me that with the pain meds and rinsing my mouth with the was that my pain would go away , IT DIDNT !!!!!!, had to go to the ER that sunday because they are closed. the doctor gave me a better low grade pain killer and an OVER THE COUNTER Pain gel for my tooth 100% better than the ibuprofen that they so stupidly gave me for WISDOM TOOTH pain!!

Poor service and product. My daughter went in suffering from an impacted/abscessed wisdom tooth today. They told her via phone call that they would take care of it. We arrived. They didnt look inside her mouth and told her to come back in a week for extraction. They sent her away with antibiotic and aspirin for her swollen face and pain. I went in to speak to the nurse/dentist. They both were very unfriendly and treated us as though we were some sort of drug addicts! They told us that they WILL NOT prescribe her any pain medication and told her to take Tylenol. If any of you have ever experienced a severe abscess will understand the intense pain associated with it. ASPIRIN does NOT HELP. We called another dentist. I am happy to say that she is now in a dental chair having the tooth extracted. She has also received a prescription for pain control. I would NOT recommend Western Dental of Glendale to anyone experiencing a dental emergency. Also we found the reception staff to be very unprofessional and uncaring. We will not be returning to this place of business.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness that the staff here at Western Dental gave me for my visit yesterday. Vanessa greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and my wait was only 10 minutes. Hue completed my Xrays in a calm and efficient manner and the Dr. Church was very helpful. The dentist, who examined me and informed me of my treatment plan was informative and patient. But, my deep cleaning performed by Hue, who was so extremely thorough and my teeth feel brand new! The best part is that she constantly checked to see how I was doing, even when I had to make at least 3 bathroom runs. When I opted to have my fillings done the same day and the dentist was out to lunch, I was told it would be an hour wait but, lo and behold, the dentist came back early just to do the work on me. Thank you to all the staff, Noemi included, who assisted me and made my visit a pleasant one.

i had an amazing experience at WD in glendale off of 59th and peoria. I was immediately greeted upon walking in and sat for no more than a few moments before being called back for my scheduled appointment. Hieu was very professional and had an amazing demeanor which made me feel comfortable with my visit. she was courteous and friendly and educated me on every step of the process on my visit that day. I spend my appointment with Hieu and Dr Wong, they took care of all my needs. it was the first time i have been to the dentist in 10 years, they assessed my teeth, offered any dental work to be done at that time (or offered to schedule a future appointment, i was there so said why not right now) and finished with the best teeth cleaning ever! I highly recommend them and have already scheduled a follow up and will continue to be seen there for all my dental needs.

I went today to have 2 teeth pulled... Its been about 10 years since I been to the dentist and I freaked out.. The ladies at the desk were professional and helped ease my worry about the procedure. When I got back there I have to say, Dr. Slater was awesome, I told her my worry and she made sure to ensure everything was gonna be great even joking with me about my fear of needles. The D.A Ada was wonderful. They made me feel at home among friends.. Im going back when Dr. Slater returns and have the other 4 pulled... If I could rate then 20 stars I would... Thanks again Ladies, see u on the 20th ********************

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! When we arrived for the most recent appointment, I was told I could not accompany my daughter back for her appointment. She is only 6. They tried to tell me this had always been their policy, but I explained I had always been allowed back before. Then they said they have a new managing dentist and he has changed the policy to no one but the patient goes back, no exceptions. We walked out. The staff was rude, the new dentist wouldnt even come out and talk about it with me, and that is a ridiculous policy. Im never going back and Im telling everyone to never go to them either!

Horrible called because I had an emergency, first their call center hardly understands english. So they made an appointment at their 59th and peoria office for 315 so I get there at 315 and the doors are locked . Even though the times on the window say Saturday hours are 8am to 430pm . So I call back the call center and she says sorry they close at 330 and I inform her that I had an appointment for 315 and the doors were already locked. So she says can you hold on for 2 to 3 minutes so I can find out and I informed her no thanks I will find a different dentist.

Everyone is very nice. I have Fibromyalgia and they would always make sure I was ok. They all knew my name and greeted me when I come in. Dr Wong sent back my crowns because he didnt like the way they fit. He did a great job making sure everything fit and was correct. Karla was always very kind and sweet. She always made sure I was very comfortable. She even got me a dental jacket and covered me up when I was cold one day. I needed a lot of work and they did a great job. I will be back.

Do not go here! Had an appointment to have my wisdom teety removed and the man preforming the surgery was extremely rude. Had warned staff that i have extreme anxiety and there was no compassion. Ended up leaving in tears. After my visit my husband called to get the surgeons name and he got on the phone with my husband and was rude to him and wouldnt give out his name. As a client i expected to be treated as a client and not a chore. It was just a terrible experience.
