Went in after a few years of having no ins, and finally had some to fix my teeth. I only had two teeth that were chipped that I needed fixed, but they found somehow something wrong with every single tooth. I had severe pain after getting them worked on, and had to go back six times to have the same fillings redone from the constant pain. Even switched dentists at that office. I was finally told to get a root canal and Id have to pay upfront for the copay and crown, it pay half now and half next month or open their care credit card; being in college, I dont have $700 to do it, or half, or need a new monthly payment for a credit card, but was in constant pain. Called corporate, and was hung up on, and then told theyd call back. Never happened, and they dont answer my calls anymore. After filing a complaint with my insurance company, I went to a different dentist at a different company. He showed xrays and was able to fix the pain in one visit... the SEVEN times I had four fillings redone by TWO dentists there... they left a minimum of two sides per tooth uncovered, and thats why I was in pain. On one, they drilled way too deep, so that tooth will just be sensitive from now on. Oh, and no root canal needed. They also completely missed a cavity that actually needed to be filled. While theyre friendly enough, and Davenport and Green and most of the staff seem to be confident and knowledgeable... stay as far away as you can from this or any location. My teeth and pain levels are not just your paycheck. Ill pay whatever I need to pay if you fix them and then in yearly exams keep me well... and can understand that most dont have $700 available unexpectedly but can get you paid in a timely manner without opening a credit card like you insisted I do, but Im not a cash cow for you to screw up on and then try to collect while holding me hostage with pain.

Horrible service. The Dentist did nothing to fix my problem. After an X-ray he said he couldnt figure out what the issue was and told me just to come back if it gets worse. I was already in so much pain. The issued I had was not diagnosed or fixed. When I was walking out to leave I asked the billing clerk if I owed any money or needed to sign anything. She said no. 10 months later I started getting TEXT messages from a random number saying they were from Professional Dental and I needed to call and pay my bill. Every time I called the number nobody answered. I never received a phone call or paper bill in the mail but kept getting nagged by text message to pay my bill. I finally called after the 20th time and a Professional Dental office in a completely different county answered and said that they didnt know why their number was listed to call them back and that the Dental office I went to was closed so I couldnt call them. When I asked how much I supposedly owed they said $9.77. I couldnt believe I was being nagged so unprofessionally through text messaging over $9.77. I explained my experience I had and that I do not feel like I should have to pay anything and that they can write the $9.77 off. The lady told me she would pass the massage along to the WVC Professional Dental when they were open. A week later I got ANOTHER text message from the number again saying they were sorry that I had a bad experience but to call asap to pay my bill. I will never go back there again and would never recommend them to anyone!!!! I was able to go to another dentist office a couple days later and they were so friendly, diagnosed and fixed my issue with no problem.

I like the staff. But, I didnt like what inconvenience they did to me. I was scheduled to put my crown in. I was there on time, but, unfortunately, crown didnt arrive in time. They had to rescheduled me. Next appointment...my crown was there, but, didnt fit me...again....rescheduled me. I had to leave town and I didnt have my crown (just temporary). Three weeks later I came back and finally they put my crown in. The dentist said, that my crown is a little whiter than my other teeth and that i can just use whitening to balance the color. With all the lights inside I didnt even noticed the difference. I left the office and I was still in the parking lot and was checking my crown in my car and its a lot waaaay whiter than the rest of my teeth. It is so obvious when I smile. I called them while the the parking lot and they said I can come back next time because the dentist left. With all these troubles they gave me I dont think I am going back ever again. And oh yeah...they gave me $25 gift card. What am I gonna do with that gift card? I spent more a thousand dollars. They shouldve given a discount instead. They call themselves Professional dental? No way! Not even close. I would rate them ZERO!

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worst place Ive ever been. Ive been there right or so times, and have never seen the same dentist twice. Ive even had it where Im there with my kids, and they are seen by one dentist and Im seen by another. It makes absolutely no sense. Because theres a different dentist everytime, they dont know whats going on with your mouth. One time, they filled one of my husbands teeth that didnt need filling yet. One visit there wasnt a hygienist, so some lady attempted to clean my teeth, but didnt know what she was doing. Theyre phone system is dumb. You get about 5 reminders in the week leading up to the appointment, and several the day of, which is annoying. Whats even worse, you get reminders for appointments for anyone on the account. Weve tried talking about it with them, and they said theyd fix it, but they never do. Yeah, the staff is friendly, but thats about all theyve got going for them.

DO NOT GO HERE! They said the work that would be done would go through my insurance, after they did everything they hand wrote how much it would be after the insurance. Two years later they filled a judgement under my name. Charged me late fees, attorney fees and interest for a debt they never said I owed. I was overseas when the court hearing was scheduled I couldnt even defend myself. When I got back they issued garnishments for thousands of dollars to be taken out of my paycheck. Because of these people the past 3 months have been the worst time of my life, I cant find a house because my credit is ruined. I cant get a loan to pay them or a down payment. Im living with my parents totally destroyed and depressed. These people whoever they are did the same thing to my dad. They are liars and thieves. Dont go here, dont even think about it.

Brand new patient here. I went once. They ran out of time and couldnt get started. The assistants were obnoxiously loud in the hallway, very unprofessional. I tried to reschedule & it kept putting it off for someone else to call me back; is there only one designated scheduler?..Ridiculous! Ive called in 3x and still waiting to hear back. Update: 1/2017 Scheduling still sucks at this place. My appointment is at 4pm.. and Ive waited 30 mins & still havent been seen. The dental assistance ask how I was, I tell her Im frustrated due to the delay. Her response: Mmm hmm.. well we all have places to be. <---Im like wow! No customer empathy or genuine concern. A better response would have been: Im so sorry for the delay. Gonna request new dentist as soon as I am able to.
