I was traumatized as a child from a dentist, and since the age of 6 have been terrified of dentists and being treated by dentists. My teeth regretfully have paid the ultimate price for this. I ended up with a very bad abscess about 1 month ago, and was very scared as it was upper right cheek area and realized that I had to do something or this could become much more serious. A friend recommended Smile Lines of Maricopa, when I called the first thing I told Jackie was that I was beyond terrified of dentists so I just wanted to let them know upfront. She assured me that I was not the only person in their office that was. I made the appt and was treated so very well by all. From the moment I walked in, to having Karmen take my xrays, being seen by Dr. Brennan, having the entire game plan laid out for me of what i needed,(and not just the tooth I came for them to help me with) the breakdown of costs, what my insurance would pay and what I would pay. Dr Brennan was the 1st dentist that took care of me with the extraction of the infected and damaged tooth, 1 month later (yesterday) I had major work done with Dr. Lines, the experience has been totally pain free, relaxed and just was amazing. Both dentist and entire staff are so caring, understanding, patient and compassionate. I can honestly say this is the 1st time in 50 plus years, I am no longer afraid of being treated by a dentist, as long as it is Dr. Lines and Dr. Brennan and the staff at Smile Lines...Thank you for helping me get over a long and deep seeded fear of dentists and dental care. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend. I wrote this review after my first visit. The Dr recommended that I have an old filling removed and a crown put on. Ok expensive but if I needed it. Nothing wrong but the filing was cracking and would eventually cause problems. I had the temporary one on and it fell off before I was even out of the chair. It fell off three more times prior to the permanent one coming in. Asked if they could rush the permanent one but no way. Ended up going a week with nothing on the tooth. Finally received the permanent one and wasnt right had to go back for adjustment. Now about two months later the permanent one falls off. And they cant get me in for almost a week. GREAT.........NOT

On the way to moving to Arizona from Oregon I cracked a back tooth. It took three days of travel time and by the time we arrived In Arizona needless to say my back tooth was in a great deal of pain. Being new in town and not having a clue as to who to go to, a friend recommended Smile Line Family Dentistry in Maricopa. I called and explained what my problem was and they got me in that day. They assessed the problem, gave me options and prices and did the treatment that day. It was the best Dentist visit I have ever had. The Dentist was Great, the staff was very supportive,and I would go back to that office anytime I have a Dental need.

I absolutely would recommend this dentist to anyone. First time I ever wanted to go back for a next visit. And my husband who refuses to go now will! Even if i move out of Maricopa as long as im in Arizona ill make the drive here. Really nice, attentative and made sure i knew exactly what was going on and pain free! Price wise very comparable, actually cost me less than few other dentist! And have a payment plan if needed.

Very impressed with the use of technology, they take photos of your teeth and x-rays and then you view with the Dentist and staff on an overhead monitor,they also have a text program to automatically send a text to your cell phone to remind you of appointment! Very high tech and everyone being so nice, professional and courteous well thats just icing on the cake!!! Thanks Smilelines! John
