A lot can be said about a place when you hate the experience you had and you werent even seen there. I tried to get an appointment at this place, for literally months. I called, I sent appointment requests via their website, and even messaged them on facebook. Nothing. When I called I was told they would need to get an authorization due to me having AHCCCS. Thats fine. Waited, waited, and still waiting. Ive sent numerous requests for an appointment, sent numerous emails, called countless times. Now I know youre thinking why not go elsewhere? Well, do to my insurance I am limited and I dont have a car - this place will take me 5 minutes to walk to. If their customer service speaks to their dental practices, maybe its a good thing I never got them to call me back.

So I went to a dentist on Greenway and 59th Ave and they informed me that I had a couple of cavities that needed to be filled in. I explained that Im extremely afraid of dentists, so they gave me a Valium and tried to work on my teeth. I couldnt sit still, and they kicked me out. Then I went to this dentist, and they offered a much better solution! They filled my cavities, and I didnt even know what happened. They were very gentle and understood my fear. Since then, Ive gone back over and over. Ill never use another dentist, and my teeth have become much healthier! Great people in this office!! Ill use them until they retire!

A real professionally run office. All employees are carefully instructed to treat patients with respect. All employees dress appropriately and cover for each other as procedures are being completed. Dr. Feldhake is a gifted dentist capable of accomplishing many complex procedures. He has the training, equipment, patience, staff and confidence which enables him to tackle situations that other dentists referr to him. Finally both he and Dr. Fulton have positive attitudes and will answer questions about your dental health including any proposed procedures in a manner in which you can understand them.

Dr. Feldhake is the most skilled and competent dentist I have ever met. His abilities and restorations are unsurpassed. I am a dentist myself and can say with confidence that the level of his work is excellent. I have all my work completed there and everything he has completed has lasted decades. He makes each patient feel special, especially his special needs patients, which he has a surgical center with sedation to accommodate. The staff is friendly and professional. I have also been to lonnie eckman, he has no idea about denistry, he destroyed my face nerves using a needle, I now have no feeling in one half of my face, my lip droops, I can not taste food, I cant feel my tongue. LONNIE C. ECKMAN refused to give me back my money, or admit his mistakes or release my records so my competent dentist can correct the damage that LONNIE C> ECKMAN did to me. Any dentist FELDHAKE that knows whats goes on and calls him an ASSOCIATE should be avoided at all costs

Two months ago, Dr. Feldhake performed a Sinus Augment with Bone (Bone Replacement). He did an awesome job. The results were amazing. His prices are reasonable also. I do appreciate Dr. Feldhakes professional work. Hes compassionate and cares what is best for his patients. His staff are very professional and helpful also. My friend Terri recommended me to him. I will also recommend others to him. I cant wait for my next appointment. Hes the Best in the West. :)

I have been going to this dentist for almost over a year. They are great. The hygienists are really friendly and make you feel comfortable while you are getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Feldhake is very nice as well. I love that they have days that they are open early so I can come and get my teeth cleaned before work and dont have to take time off. They also send reminders and emails to remind you its time to get your teeth cleaned. I even recommended my mom!

I am what you would call every dentists worst nightmare of a patient. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist, except for after 10 years I can almost not start shaking when he walks into the room. Dr. Feldhake is friendly, understanding of my condition and needs and takes his time explaining to me every single step he is going to take. Our daughter started going there when she was about 8 years old and needed major repairs done to her teeth. They were gentle and put her at ease as well as did all the procedures at once. Because of how well they took care of our daughter and husband and I also decided to use their office. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an office that is upfront about cost, excellent customer service, and a staff that actually cares about their patients.

Before I heard of Feldake and associates I had seen 3 different dentists that wanted a ton of money for implants and bone grafting the upper jaw. But then I spoke to Dr. Feldake and within a month I was able to get all the work done that I desperately needed to get done. Dr. Feldake and staff were just amazing people. I saw Dr. Fulton today for a new patient visit and the entire process was nothing but pleasant. The front office staff was kind and quick to get my info in, and the dental assistant was friendly and efficient in her job! They even had a new patient gift bag for me, just as a "Thank You" for choosing them as my dental provider. Completely stress free environment and I look forward to my next appointment!

The Doc is "Awesome"...We all have the fear of dentist, but I have to say Dr. Feldhake is fear free! From the time you arrive to the welcoming front desk staff, to the assistants who make you fee comfortable. The office is state of the art and can handle all you dental needs. I have had my share of dental issues and I just got an implant. If you are looking for a dentist you will not go wrong here!

Worst dentist! Lost one tooth to has bad crown, need an implant now,..He did not complete a root canal, let his assistant seat the crown, cement under gums, was at the office for 8 hours.... Need to have another root canal as he missed a root and the crown is too long ruining teeth underneath, he is a hack!! Thousands of dollars, pain , loss of teeth, 2 visits and he ruined 2 teeth..

The people at Feldhake and Associates have been extremely helpful and friendly in helping me get my teeth to be more healthy. I have been to not so good dentists offices before and this place helped me feel way better. Dr. Fulton and all assistants, hygeniest, and receptionists have made me feel welcome and important. Also, the office is kept up very neat and clean.
