My experience was started with nervousness and worry, but those emotional ailments were completely wiped from my system upon being greeted through the front counters remarkably relaxing and kind staff. Signing in and filling out the application was strangely easy despite the precognitions I assumed, and the staff were there to assist me every step of the way. And as I waited in the comfortable furniture, not 3 minutes passed before someone was able to check me up. All 3 dentists who looked me over were gentle and relaxing with the task and were twice as efficient in doing so. Not once did I feel the slightest sting of pain or discomfort, which is something that never occurred before until now. It was all done before I knew it, and I am absolutely stunned by the sheer quality of this service. Horizon Dental is likely the only group in this career who can get the job done on a level that exceeds even professionals, and I highly recommend it to any and all who are in need of a safe and talented dental group.

My first time here was a doozie! I had to have a large back tooth pulled. This tooth had large curved roots and it was IN there! It was an ordeal but Dr. Reed assured me he could get it out. It took a while but he got it. I happen to be very high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. Dr. Reed and his assistant were so sweet and nice to me. During my procedure Dr. Reed stopped every now and then to see how I was doing. Nice, clean place, nice, caring people. Ill come back! You should come here too!!

I went to Horizon Dental for a cleaning and checkup, and had an overall great experience. The staff is friendly, there was practically no wait time, and the place didnt have the feel of everyone being in a hurry to get you finished and out the door, like a lot of other doctors offices do. My only complaint is that the dentists chairs that you lie on while being seen are very uncomfortable, have no cushion in them, and caused some back pain. I still rate them 5 stars because of the overall great experience.

I give Dr. Reed and his staff 5 stars+, right when you walk though the door they make you feel comfortable and right at home. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They get you in as soon as they can, they explain what they and the doctor will be doing. Everything that I have had done in Dr. Reeds office has been great, I would recommend this office to anyone. Also my 4 grand babies go to Horizon Dental too, the staff and Dr. Reed are awesome with little ones too. Great friendly place !!!!!

I have been going to Horizon Dental in Prescott Valley for over three years. My dentist was Mark Costes during that time. Recently had an emergency dental problem which resulted in filing coming out and was seen by Sean Reed, at the same office. I understand that Dr. Costes is now working at the Chino Valley office only. Dr. Reed and his staff were great and will continue my services with the Prescott Valley office. I went into see DR: Reed because I had lost my bottom parcel, at to my amaze he did such a great job on my new parcel you cant even see are know that I have a parcel. He and every one one his staff was so caring and put me at ease. I am going to tell everyone I know and dont know to go to Horizon Dental and know where else. Ive been going to Horizon Dental Group for about 3 years now. I love the staff. They are so friendly and helpful every time I go in there. I also love how they dont make me wait in the lobby for a long time before bringing me to the back office. The girls who have cleaned my teeth dont rush me in and out. And Dr. Reed - he is great. Spends time with me and makes sure all my questions are answered. Thanks Horizon Dental!

The front office is ran terribly.They called today at 9am to cancel an appointment for today at 3pm .If I where to do this I would be charged for the appointment. They have billed us for x-rays that where not authorized on three separate occasions.Then it is extremely difficult to get a credit ,it requires three or four calls to the office,if fact last time I had to go in to office. Buyer beware.

My experience with Horizon Dental in Prescott Valley and Dr Reed has been excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was able to set up my appointments around my schedule and I was taken in at my scheduled time. Dr Reed is professional and put me at ease. I have had several procedures completed and have been pleased with the results. I would recommend Horizon Dental to one and all.

The front office staff had the dubious job of updating info into the computer. They were efficient and helpful. Cortney, the hygienist, Was friendly, efficient,and most of all, gentle. Doctor Reed, I believe, was very thorough in his examination and took the time to explain to me what he was looking for and how the x-rays assisted in locating cavities between the teeth.

I went in to have two cavities filled and was apprehensive about even allowing local anesthesia due to pain of injection I had experienced in the past. Dr. Costes was amazing in his technique which caused a very minimum of discomfort. The two fillings were completed quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Horizon Dental. A great dentist. What I appreciate most is their respect for scheduling. This dentist sets your appointment, and if you show up on time (a few minutes before is best), they will get you in on time. Basic visits they say are 45 minutes to 1-hour, and thats what they are. These guys are great when it comes to their scheduling.

The staff are always superb from start to finish. From the moment I walk in the door until checkout Im made to feel welcome and part of the "family". My hygienist Kristi was very professional and expressed great care with all of my concerns. I suggest Horizon Dental to anybody looking for new dental care or new to the area.

This is a great team. I never have to sit in the waiting room for any length of time. When Im scheduled that is when I go in. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I ask for a donation for SVdP and they were very generous giving me toothbrushes to give out in our Christmas boxes. Thanks you guts are great !!!!!!!

I am a new client here at Horizon Dental Group and i absolutely loved it. The front desk staff was very polite and made the enrollment very easy. When they cleaned my teeth, they did it with so much care and were very gentle. The Dentist answered all my questions and a plus he was bilingual. I definitely recommend.
