I have to say that I was very very disappointed with this Dentist. I had severe tooth pain for weeks following my desensitizing and a new tooth filling. I went in to the Dr. Boyack several times over a three week period. I felt like I had an infection in my tooth. They x-rayed once, and poked around my tooth with dental tools asking if it hurts. Yet visit, after visit I was told that my tooth was hurting because of my new filling and it will take time for it to get back to normal. After my fourth visit, I realized that the Dentist didnt even care to help me. This last time he didnt even examine my tooth, and told me there was nothing they can do, and I need to wait it out, I had no choice. Two days later I was in so much pain biting down on a grape, I called before and during hours and left two messages that I was in pain and needed to be seen. I told them on the message, I felt that I was being neglected and I needed to get down to the problem or I would find a new Dentist. I never did hear back from them. Within days I went to another Dentist. They examined my tooth, and used a cold stick against my teeth He found exactly where the pain was coming from immediately. . I told my new dentist that my old dentist never even used a cold stick on my tooth. He was very suprised, and told me that it is a very standard procedure any good dentist would do. I ended up needing a root canal, and had an infection that was there for a few weeks. I am very disappointed in this place. Sure the receptionists were nice, they had a nice waiting room, but when it came down to it, they did not care at all. The dentist didnt have a very nice bed side manner when it came to my kids. My child needed a filling and the prep for the shot was too short for any numbing, and the dentist was not very gentle with the injection in my childs mouth. I was very disappointed after my last experience, but I should have changed after my childs experience. Look around!! Dont go to this Dentist, He does NOT care!!!!

I personally see Dr Fisher, Shes an amazing sensitive dentist!! I love her to death, she wouldnt do anything that she wouldnt do to herself. For Dr Fisher Its a 5++++ stars Im frustrated with Dr Atherton, I hope this name is correct, they only other one who works there. I told my 16 yr old to try this place because i enjoy it and have had great experiences there ! She needed her wisdom teeth out (All 4 ) she usually goes to Aloha, THEY ARE GREAT FOR KIDS, we were told they were going to give her laughing gas, so it seemed ok, Aloha would have done it surgically, at their office, put her to sleep and all. So my daughter went there and reminded Dr Atherton to give her laughing gas, he said medicaid did not cover it, only numbed her mouth and pulled them out, i think the bottom 2 got cut out!! She has stitches now. She has never been refused laughing gas on medicaid, I was so angry.. When she reminded him, he told her she needed to pay 30.00 arent you getting enough by getting them out, give the kid a break!!!! I called and complained, he apologized, but damage was done.. Be careful and ask questions.. know your rights and insurance coverage to make sure things are done right, it you and your family, be safe and happy..!! They are nice people, but I would recommend going to a different dentist. They make you sign a paper saying that if they make a mistake while doing any procedure, YOU are completely liable for their mistake and YOU have to pay for any subsequent procedures. They give an example that if the dentist or dental assistant accidentally drops a needle down your throat while working on your teeth, YOU would have to pay for the surgery(s) to get it fixed and removed. They told me that tons of other dentist offices have this same policy, but Ive called several other dentist offices and they were all shocked to hear about that policy.

Ive only gone here once for just a checkup which was ten years ago. I have insurance as well that covers routine checkups and ten years later, Ive got this stupid bill because they sent in to collections.I remember calling to tell them I had insurance and they need to Bill them, but the receptionist was so rude saying its not her job. Ive read the reviews and they seem to really not care with their responses here. Please do research and seek another dentist!

I’ve been to Westways Dental for an exam and cleaning and also for a filling. I was able to get an appointment quickly that was convenient for me. One thing I especially liked was that I didn’t spend a lot of time sitting around in the waiting room. The hygienist did an excellent job. She was gentle and caused me no discomfort. The doctor was easy to talk with and did a fine job of explaining the procedure and my options.

The dental hygienist is awesome. Very thorough, delicate, and incredibly nice. The dentist was good. Very quick, and nice enough. But was obviously in a hurry during my procedure. And didnt say much. I didnt know I was done until she said have a good day and walked away. It left me a touch uneasy, but everything seems great so far.

It is very difficult to find a good dentist. Since finding Westways a few years ago I have been completely happy and satisfied with the work and service I get there. They are always helpful, understanding, and always give outstanding service. I always recommend them whenever anyone needs to go to the dentist.

Dr. Ashton is a great dentist. Hes done a lot of work on my teeth and Ive always had a good experience and great results. Hes worked on my two teenage kids as well and they both had a great experience. I know he just bought the practice a few months ago and is working hard to make it a great dental office.

I visited for a cleaning and check-up. The front desk staff was professional and helpful in dealing with insurance. They got me right in and the cleaning was great. The dentist did an excellent job of explaining the treatment he recommended and answering questions. I definitely plan to go back.

Customer service and doctor are extremely nice i just got my tooth pull out today and the price was cheaper than any clinic out there. West way dental they dont worry about the money but they do care about the people of this community and willing to help out uninsured patient...
