What a horrific experience! I was a new patient, came in with the expectation of being treated with exceptional service to wow a new customer but instead left there upset and totally dissatisfied as a customer. I had scheduled a teeth cleaning appointment at 1130. They began with no joke with about 15 to 20 mouth X-rays, I have never had to take that many at any dentist in my life! Then followed with a super quick dentist visit, as Dr Williams is in the room with me during my visit he calls in about 3 other girls to give them directions to prep other rooms, needed help using the computer and spent more time with them than myself ! He then said they need photos of my mouth?? After 20 X-rays?? That took another 30 minutes, I kept asking when am I going to get my teeth cleaned ?? He said we will schedule you in?? What!!! I have an appointment already! Im here for it! Then he said let me get the front office girl , she comes in , now being there an hour and a half and still messing around! She gets angry with me ! Giving me , the customer, attitude! I told her I was never told it would take 2 visits to get a teeth cleaning ! This is a money making business only!! Could care less about a customer non the less a brand new one! I finally had to demand a teeth cleaning 2 hours being there! They got someone to clean my teeth but she was terrible and did it quickly! These people will never see my face again!! I will make sure to tell everyone I know in Anthem to not use this dentist!!

This place used to be very nice and made my family feel comfortable. Since Dr. Williams has taken over things have continued to go downhill. He seems nice enough, but once he started he started slowly replacing all of the staff with cutthroat, treat you like a number not a person, type people. They lie to you and tell you certain procedures are 100% covered, then later surprise you with a bill saying “Oh, we meant your insurance covers it, but you are already past your limit for the year, so you have to pay it..” I specifically told them that I would have to wait until the new year to get it done if it wasn’t covered, because I didn’t have money to pay for it. Blatant lies. Money hungry, assembly line dental work. Also EVERY time I’ve been there, they tell me I should be in and out, and end up spending 2+ hours.. I really loved this place with the previous dentist, its a shame it went downhill… I though Dr. Williams was a good guy, but obviously I was wrong… He tries to distance himself from how the office end of the business is ran, to the patients. But for those of us who remember him canning everyone and replacing them with people who treat you like cattle, we know the real story. Live and learn I guess.

Ive been going to this practice for a couple of years now and theyre great! Danielle, the Hygienist is absolutely amazing. She has a light touch, is very affable and friendly, has a wealth of knowledge and does a great job. My teeth have never felt better since shes been doing my cleanings! Dr. Williams is fantastic, as well. I had some filling work done recently and he went out of his way to accommodate me. He was very thorough, but at the same time, I wasnt there long. He did four feelings in one sitting and it was painless and void of any stress. The assistant, Lida and him make a great team, I felt. She was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable (I have a bit of dental anxiety). A couple of weeks have passed and my teeth look and feel great since then. Good sign! Best fillings Ive ever received. Overall, great practice. If youre looking for a change, or are new to the neighborhood, give these guys a shot!

Ive been a patient of Anthem Dentistry for about 8 months, Ive had some extensive work done, and just want to let everyone know they are awesome! the staff are super friendly, they remembered me after my first visit,and greeted me by name as I walked in. Dr Williams has been nothing but a pleasure, hes very thorough, and wont settle for anything less than perfect work every time, even if it involves him staying late just to make it so. Another thing I love about them, is they dont keep you waiting forever, they schedule patients so they can give you the time you need, and if they find problems, they will offer to fix it then and there, not scheduled more appointments to waste your time. I highly recommend Anthem Dentistry to anyone, I will be taking my own family as soon as they are due.

This is what I have been looking for when it comes to dental care everything about Anthem Dentistry is outstanding. The staff is so awesome. They really make you feel comfortable. Dr. Williams is not only an expert in his field and highly knowledgeable, he has high integrity and is very personable. I received a deep cleaning from the Danielle who is absolutely the best hygienist I have been to. She is so easy to talk to and was very informative. I felt like I’ve known her for years. If anyone is looking to find a new Dentist, I highly recommend this one. You can tell this office really enjoys working here and their caring personality is apparent. I now look forward to going back to the dentist. I can’t wait to tell all of my family and friends!

I am quite puzzled by the negative reviews. I have never had anything but a positive experience with Dr. Williams. I required extensive dental work over a lengthy period of time. I have extreme dental anxiety and Dr. Williams was very kind, compassionate, patient and always very respectful of my feelings. In addition, I never felt any pressure or ever had the feeling that I was being "upsold." Dr. Williams saw me through a very, very difficult time and I have total trust in him and his competence as a dentist. He is a complete asset to Anthem Dentistry. Our insurance claims were handled in a timely manner and any questions answered thoroughly and completely. Our family intends to continue using Anthem Dentistry in the future.

The office staff has always been really efficient, sweet, understanding, and just amazing to work with. I have had A LOT of dental work of all kinds done at this office and have yet to be disappointed. Even when the treatment that they tried didnt work they were very willing to go back and credit me for dental work that failed. My husband and I have both been very impressed with the care they take of their patients. Always understanding of financial situations and willing to work with people at every turn. Cant say enough good things about this office and all the people working in it.

Love this place! From the moment you sit down in their super comfy waiting room recliners, to the moment you leave, you feel well cared for. They are the only dentist that has explained everything to me about my mouth and got me to start flossing daily. They actually seemed happy I was asking questions, too! Highly recommended. Also: if youre bringing someone else like Children and youll be waiting awhile, your experience in the lounge chairs with their Apple TV will be very nice. The recliners lean back with foot rests and you can enjoy the shows on Netflix they have cued up.
