As an incompetent consumer, I blundered my way through the admissions process over the phone and must of been one of the most annoying customers of all time. First, I didnt know my information, then when I had it all figured it out, it was all wrong. Every nightmare scenario you can imagine for a first time customer of a dental office happened... and you know what? The customer service representatives were FANTASTIC. They took care of the entire process for me and were very professional. Once I was teeth up in the chair of doom, everything possible was done to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Costes team were true professionals and I cannot see myself going to another dentist any time soon! Thanks Horizon Dental Group! YOU ROCK!

Dr. Costes and the Horizon Dental Group consistently provide me with the best dental experience that I have ever had! I moved to Phoenix from the Prescott area 6 years ago and I still make the hour and a half drive to Prescott to get my dental work done at Horizon because they are THAT GOOD! All of the staff is super friendly and their welcoming attitude really puts me at ease on dentist day. My teeth have never looked better! As a bonus, Dr. Costes has perfect teeth and a perfect smile because he knows teeth! Im with Horizon Dental Group for life!

Had a great experience at the Prescott office! It started with a pleasant greeting with a smile. The checkin process was smooth and quick. The waiting room is comfortable and classy. The exam room is state of the art. Dr. Costes is not only friendly, but trustworthy. Didnt try to sell me anything and talked to me honestly about my treatment plan. They even walked me out! I cant recommend Dr. Costes and horizon dental enough!
