I agree with this first post. Dont waste your time here. Ive never written a negative review, but if I can save someone the hassle and nightmare that I went through here it will be worth it. The receptionist is a flake and treats you like an idiot. Three different times I had an appointment scheduled for fillings only show up each time and have the girl tell me that it didnt make it into the computer and that I must have the wrong time. They also lost all of the online previsit paper work that I had filled out prior to my first visit. The dentist came in during my cleaning and told me that I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled which was a lie. Because I never managed to get an appointment I went to a fantastic dentist in bountiful that told me I didnt have any cavities. He was also unable to answer any of the questions that I had for him. The worst part of the whole experience is that a year after the visit Im still dealing with the receptionist who cant figure the insurance out. They had been sending notices to the wrong address for over a year and were about to send me to collections. I had no idea there was even a bill because cleanings have always been covered. I finally ended up just paying out of pocket for the cleaning because the girl was too dense to figure the insurance out. It is NOT worth your time or money.

Meh. Nice enough people and they do fine work. I just wasnt impressed with the wait times. Ive only been there maybe a handful of times and have on more than one occasion waited over a half hour to get in for the basic cleaning. They send plenty of reminders about your appointment and so I made sure to be there early as it seems like they want you to keep your appointments, but if they dont keep theirs they dont let you know. This last time bugged me as I was told when I got there that they would come get me in "just a couple of minutes"; over a half hour later and I am asking them how much longer its going to be. They receptionist seemed a little surprised to see me almost as if she forgot I was waiting (but that could just be me assuming), and went back to find out that it would be at least another 15 minutes to get me in. I can handle that if I given updates and told what to expect beforehand, but after the fact leaving me late for work whether or not I stayed was just rude. You may have a better experience but I will be going somewhere else from now on that values my time a bit more.

Dr. DeMille is the perfect mix of being professional, knowledgeable and having a great great bedside manor. In the past I have taken my kids to a pediatric dentist, but I have now moved them all over to Dr. DeMilles office. He is very good with young kids, teenagers and adults the same. He is also very good at explaining situations and giving his professional opinion but he will not push you into making the choice. This just happened recently with one of my kids, after he took some time explaining the situation and ramifications I made a choice. (I followed medical advice

Dr. Demille is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is patient and thorough and very good at what he does. He has worked on everyone from my 84 year old mother to my youngest child and we have all been very happy. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends. The office is great and the staff is very friendly and professional. Everything was CLEARLY communicated to me BEFORE any procedures were done. In short, I dont normally write reviews but I have full confidence in Dr. Demille and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone....young or old!

Dont bother going to this place unless you enjoy being lied to about the prices only to find out later they want to charge you an additional 40% above what they said it would cost. My fiance was looking for a place to get a cleaning and some braces. They told her if she paid cash they would also give an extra 15% off. Original quote with discount was $2500. When she went back they said they were going to charge $4000 instead. Oh and the free exam/consultation was really $250 she had to pay.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Got my children right in and spent a lot of time with each of us. We saw both Dr. MacKay and Dr. DeMille and they were so good with the kids. I have had various procedures including; crowns, root canals, fillings, retainers, and implants. There was minimal pain and I havent had any problems since. I have been going to this office for many years and would suggest it to anyone.

MacKay Dental is absolutely wonderful! We have been to a couple of dentists in the valley, but they are the best! They have been honest, fair, and provided excellent care. They have made me feel comfortable and I cant say enough good about their services. They are so good with kids, it has been a positive experience the whole family. And they have even been able to do braces!!! Dr. DeMille is the best!

The staff here are professional and friendly. I never have waited long to be seen, and every procedure has been efficient and effective. I always feel valued, and the hygienists and dentists are always willing to hear my concerns and answer questions. My toddler also feels very comfortable here thanks to the great way they all work with her. I highly recommend Demille Mackay for the whole family!
