There was nearly an hr wait. I offered my insurance card twice & she said to wait. So once I was taken back, the decided to tell me Aetna insurance is not covered!!! I was solo angry! Itd been fine if the front desk lady wasnt so rude. Barely even looks up at people. She lied to several people who asked how long the wait would be! No consideration for people needing to go to work or school. There was a lady who couldnt speak English and she was incredibly insensitive and rude to her. She kept yelling at her as if she were deaf. Half the population in this state is Spanish speaking, so they should have a receptionist who speaks even a little Spanish. At least one that isnt so insensitive!! Worst place ever!! I rather drive 30min to Tempe than to ever come here again!! They need to train them better.

I NEVER write reviews, however, it seems not enough people are speaking up about this location. Ive Been here twice in the past two weeks and both have been an unpleasant experience. The lady that works the front desk is really rude and very condescending to all patients. She never answers the phone. She could have saved me the drive and waste of time if she would have answered. I get there to check in and she says the order wasnt faxed in, which Im doubting now after I contacted the dr who sent it in. The lady Probably misplaced it or didnt look right. She really needs a different job. Almost 100% of the reviews are about her. She is really going to make this place lose business.

My doctors office below told me labcorp is still open for 30min if Id like to get my blood work done today. After reading the reviews I was hesitant but walked in to see if they were friendly. Right when I walk through the door she said, "you gotta be kidding me right now" as she looked up from me while at the printer. She then walked to the back yelling for someone. That was the rudest welcoming Ive ever had and Ive worked 5 years retail sales experience. The lady was a younger Hispanic female and had scrubs with tattoos showing on both arms and chest. Update: went to Sonora Quest Laboratories great service and saw almost all locations have a 4.0 rating or higher!

I dont usually write reviews but felt the need too due to all the bad reviews I saw when googling the directions. I went in a Thursday afternoon with an appt. I set up online. The bloodwork was for my 2.5 year old. The receptionist took the lab order my sons doctor gave me and insurance card. They were professional. There was one other person before I got there. I was in and out within 20 minutes. It is very rare I can go somewhere with my toddler without him having a tantrum (terrible twos) so Im thankful they made it so easy and quick so there was no tantrum even though he got a needle in his arm lol.

The front desk of a business is suppose to be the face of the business their main duties should be greet/welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service but at this location which I have been to 3 times the front desk is rude, unprofessional and not efficient. Wait times are ridiculous and it seems they only have one person drawing blood work it takes 15 for them to call back one person thats 4 people in one hour not very productive Id say. Next time our doctor orders blood work I will beg to get a order to Sonoran quest laboratories and will definetly not recommend this location to anyone.

Muy mal servicio!! En primera la señora que atiende al llegar se desespero porque no le entendia el inglés! Y despues en vez de calmar a mi niña la agarraron a la fuerza entre dos para poderle sacar sangre, como que traen prisa! Muy mal sali hasta llorando de ahi!!!

There was a problem at my doctors end (faxing) both nurses were very nice kept a nice Happy conversation, old school music seem to be something we all had in common, they personally contacted my primary doctor got the information they needed to do their job and not have me waiting there any longer then I had too. Two Spanish queens that did the8r job above and beyond what they were required to do, what more can a king ask for in medical services.

My husband repeatedly let the lady know that no one can draw from his arm. The lady had such an ego that she refused to draw from his hand and kicked him out. Litterally. When i went back to get his paperwork at 11:58 they told me to come back at 1. I had to bang on the windows non stop for them to open the door to give paperwork. Yep of my Co workers laughed because they earned me how evil they were there. HORRIBLE PLACE

Lab was clean the 2 women working were very friendly, helpful. They were seemed to have a great relationship with 2 patients who may be regulars. I had an appt and was taken in 2 minutes after the appointment finished in under 8 minutes and out the door. She was quick, and as painless as a blood draw is going to be. If you dont have an appointment you may need to be wait but they were moving people through at a good pace.

Id rather go play with junkie needles in a sewer than return to this location. We walked out after 90 minutes of waiting. The staff is rude inept, and should all of them be sacked.

The front desk said that Fridays are always busy but they only have 1 person drawing labs. If you know its going to be busy schedule more workers.
